Went through the drive thru with my mother in law this morning. The young lady at the window and taking orders was downright rude, and had an attitude throughout the whole process. Was slamming things while making drinks and slamming our drinks down when they were made. She used no manners when talking at any point. They had us pull up to wait on the burger which we did and another young guy comes out to bring us the food. We tell him thank you have a nice day and he does not say a word just hands the bag and walks away without saying a word. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a very long time. Will not be going to this Wendy’s again.

Lady working register was very rude, rushing people. I understand they’re busy, I’ve worked fast for before it’s tough. But you have to try to make eye contact, smile etc with your customers. She shouldn’t be working out front. I watched 3 people walk out and comment on how she was acting.
