Visit all around badDid an online order for 3 Biggie Bag Meals for drive thru. Pull up to speaker. Lady asks for my order. Sounds annoyed. Get home. Instead of 3 double stacks 3 fries & 3 nuggets I got an order of tenders & a baked potato. Called restaurant. Maybe it was difficulty on my part of understanding but lady on the phone also sounded annoyed asking me what I want to do with food. I said I wanted to come pick up the correct order. I pull up to window. I get handed another order of the drinks that was ordered. I ask can I get ONE extra dipping sauce. Lady tells me she can’t do that. That she isn’t even suppose to give me new drinks. Excuse me but fresh drinks so they aren’t watered down by time I get done running back & forth to pick up the correct order should be automatic. And for the trouble I went through the least that could have been done was to give me ONE extra 50¢ dipping sauce. Should have been throwing in some Frosties. On top of it the fries were lukewarm to boot. All around unpleasant experience that disappointed me with this location. Left plenty to be desired.

I am writing to share feedback about my visit to your restaurant today at around 11:00 AM. I normally enjoy Wendy’s food, especially the chicken, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
The fries tasted as if they had been cooked the night before—old, stale, and not fresh at all. The chicken also had a very unusual and unpleasant taste, completely unlike what I am used to from Wendy’s. It tasted off, and it was bad enough that I could not finish my meal.
I usually have great experiences at Wendy’s, which is why this visit stood out so much. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality and consistency of the food being served.

For got the napkins! Got a taco salad I wish they would STOP changing it I had corn this time and salsa dressing and some massed corn chips,and chilli LET’s keep it how it was Basic salad,nachos, sour cream, shredded cheese and chilli, Volia!!! Do WENDY’s!!’
Second trip taco salad and cold foam coffee I ordered a large got a small and they forgot the chocolate and foam so I basically got a small iced coffee DO BETTER!!

How much of an inconvenience I am to them for ordering it.. If you don’t want to make it don’t have it on the menu then after waiting forever and getting told I am horrible pretty much I get molded strawberries!!! Yes molded guess the staff showed me to never come and order from them again!!!!

I requested a grilled chicken wrap with NO lettuce because their lettuce has a smell and I just don’t like wilted lettuce in my food. Well they didn’t omit the lettuce I opened up my wrap and had molded lettuce in my wrap. So disappointed and a reason why you should check you food before eating it.

Ordered breakfast this morning at 10:40 for delivery 1/10/2021. Was missing one whole egg, cheese and bacon biscuit. The other egg and cheese bacon biscuit had only one small piece of bacon. Which I wouldn’t even count it as a whole piece. No cheese on a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. None of the dipping sauces were with the order. Food looked to be tossed together sloppy and was hardly Luke warm when we got it from the delivery driver. Will not be ordering or dinning at this location. I’ll take my money on up to the route 60 Wendy’s. Never had any issues there. Also this was our only second time trying the new breakfast menu and it’s very disappointing that your employees are so lazy and I’m sure management isn’t no better.. worst experience I’ve ever had.. thanks for the slop in a wrapper.

Food was good but the little girl who took my order almost got an attitude adjustment I swear some ppl are just plain rude and disrespectful like honey it’s not my fault u work in fast food get a different job if u don’t like this one. I’m always nice and use my manners when ordering bc Ik fast food can be stressful so there was no reason for her to act the way she did towards me
