Overall very nice experience! The service was a bit slow, but they were backed up on the drive through and handling it well, so props to them! I ordered the chicken biscuit! It had excellent flavor very crispy and great sweet honey! The biscuit and gravy was excellent and tasty. I would come back!

Very prompt service. Only wendys in the tri state that got my unsweetened strawberry tea order right on the first try. Order included everything needed including spoons, napkins, sauces etc. Staff was very nice. Great fast food experience. Thank you.

This place was horrible. The manager was rude and mean because she messed my order up 3 times. Then I went in the 4 time and she was running her mouth and being very rude because she forgot half my order. I will not be going there anymore. Soon as I get corporates number I’m calling them its ridiculous.

When this location first opened they were great! Great food, great service, clean environment. However, in the last 6 months to a year, it’s all downhill. Every time I go I’m met with disgruntled employees but today took the cake. We walked in and tried to order at the Kisok by the door. Got all the way to the end and it wouldn’t submit the order. So we walked up front to order. Two employees standing there talking. Look at us, don’t acknowledge and keep chatting. I mentioned that the kisok won’t work. Still nothing. Finally the lady looks at at us and says it’ll be a few minutes. So I ask if they’re having technical problems. She says no, but the person running registers is outside. So, you can’t take our order? Apparently not. As we left the manager appeared to be outside in a heated discussion with someone and the employees inside were completely checked our inside. Also, the man working food for the drive through wiped his face and headset with his gloved hands then went back to prepping food without changing gloves. Management needs to get a handle quick. To be clear, we didn’t eat there.

I’ve consistently received awesome service at this Wendy’s location. The food is hot and made to order. Other locations get my orders wrong or give cold, stale fries but no problems at this Wendy’s.
