Placed order rather quickly with a friendly counter rep. By the time A filled my drink my order was ready, hot, fresh and tasty. Place was clean as well as bathroom.

Had to order twice, wait 15 minutes with nobody in front of me, and they still got my order wrong both times.
I’m not sure what planet “ten piece chicken nuggets” sounds the same as “bacon cheeseburger”, but it’s apparently the one this Wendy’s is living on. They misheard it the same way twice, by two different people.
I just wanted nuggets, and now I’m sad 🙁
0/10, the burgers weren’t good either, and my sprite inexplicably tasted like froot loops, too, for some reason.
Fries were fine, was the only thing they got right, though they forgot the ketchup I explicitly asked for.

The service was terrible, very rude. They messed up my order and when I went to ask for the thing that was missing they threatened to call the cops. The outside patio or tables had old food from what looked to be hours before. It had cockroaches and other bugs crawling around the pavement. The trash was not taken out even at 11 o’clock at night. While me and my family were eating they were staring us down. Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to will not be back.

You walk in all the people working there just stare at you. The girl working the register is very friendly and does a great job. Other than that the food is h and miss if its good or not.. they are horrible on making a baconator sandwich also

Order through door dash and the last 3 times i have ordered they have forgotten nuggets. I call them to let them know they keep forgetting them and they say we have nothing to do with doordash no but you do put my order together I will not order from there again or even go to the store

I don’t recommend. There food was cold and the bread was hard then when we asked for a hot sandwich with soft bread it was a big deal and they didn’t want to make us a new one . By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten save your money for someone that likes there job and takes pride in what they do .

This is my first time at this location, but it is probably the best Wendy’s location I’ve ever been to. My kids all agree. The fries were very hot and crispy and perfectly salted. The burger buns were toasted and not soggy. Despite our requests of the addition and omission of various toppings, our order was filled perfectly with no mistakes. Dining room and bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Perfect road trip stop!

As I sit here and eat the frosty wow just frustrated realizing that now when I order a frosty, I see I don’t need a lid and make it just like the picture. Fill it up.
Up till probably eight years ago I had realized the Frosty’s I would order were never like a picture. They were always cut short. Today was definitely not what I expected. This is exactly the way the frosty came out when I said hey no for the second time, make it like the picture he said I can’t there’s something wrong with the machine or something.
Obviously, I don’t think it’s the employee. I think it’s just Wendy’s, Frosty’s and what they teach their employees to short us all on our ice cream and save product, including making the cups smaller.
You see one thing I realized these conglomerations have squeezed out the small guy and now they are taking over raising prices and making us suffer. Just not happy. I forgive the employee.
Is Dave turning over in his grave probably it’s not the same anymore .
Not to mention, I am a trucker over the road. These experiences are very important to me stuck in the cab of a truck all the time to come get a frosty like this.
Just to update before I left I went up to the counter ask him if he had his frosty machine fixed. He said yes I said well how about just giving me one of those little small Frosty’s to compensate he tried to charge me $1.25 I said don’t even worry about it, it’s about how much ice cream is missing. My point is the management here doesn’t even give these people an opportunity to be customer service oriented. They keep drilling into their heads give them this much not what the picture shows lol he actually thought that he had to charge me again I don’t hold us against him to hold us against corporate and obviously ownership. I bet you they have a choice.
Which reminds me, I’m going to do a review on the Perkins I was at in Florida yesterday. They gave me a piece of salmon. That was definitely only 2/3 of what the picture showed. Lol serious.
Maybe Wendy’s needs to give all the restaurants discount you are definitely one of the conglomerates
