Worst wendy’s food ever. Ordered 2 son of the Baconators, 2 chicken sandwiches and 3 fries. The fries were stone cold, and the sons of the baconator had no bacon on them.
When up expanded to cashier explained to the missing bacon, one on in the back said she put the bacon on them. Opened up the burgers in front of cashier to show no bacon. The second set did have bacon on then. No new fries were offer.

Empty drive thru and still rushed my cold food that I requested well done. OK it a drive thru but when I went to get it fixed I recieved the same rude service and excuses.

We did a mobile order, and didn’t receive 5 of our 17 items initially in the drive through. I told them I was missing frosties after waiting a while at the window, and they gave me a different type from that we ordered. I figured it was better than nothing so just took it. I asked if that’s all I ordered and they said yes. I thought maybe I messed up ordering. I decided to park so I could double check my order for the missing frosty and saw we were also missing other items. There was no toy or apple slices in the kids meal. I got those items and the second missing frosty inside at the register. I didn’t realize until later down the road that we were still missing a milk for the kids meal. The food was ok, but we probably won’t be back anytime soon!

Unfortunately this is not a great Wendy’s by any means. While the servers were nice, it was VERY slow. I believe it’s from poor management. They seem to be very under staffed! Also, when we’ve used drive-through before, it seems like our order is usually shorted or filled incorrectly.

Rarely have an incident here. Foods always good. Always correct. Staff is great. Great place to eat. It’s been recently remodeled. Very clean. I know it’s just a Wendy’s but it’s very good there. Not always busy in evenings but lunch seems to be busiest.

Waited another 25 minutes. That’s 45 minutes just to order “FAST” food. No thanks. This establishment either takes FOREVER, hope you have all day, or they just throw what ever they have ready in your bag. Doesn’t matter what you actually order.

On a 12 hour trip, stopped at the drive thru. Forgot both my double stack AND my wife’s spicy chicken sandwich, and how you do that is beyond me since the only other meal was a kids meal. Had to go back…and because nothing in this town is designed efficiently a 10 min stop turned into a 30 min stop. Will never stop the town nor this Wendy’s again.

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. I don’t even know where to start with this mess of a “restaurant”. The food is absolutely DISGUSTING AND REPULSING. The bread is stale, burgers cold, nuggets cold, fries soggy and guess what? COLD. Also, the customer service in the drive thru is HORRIBLE!!! I have had to quite literally almost argue with some of the workers, as they are blatantly rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. It needs to be shut down and they’ll be lucky if I don’t call the health department to report them.
