Can’t pull in off the main road. Ordered in the drive thru and had to park off in the parking lot for several minutes until they came out with the food (all we ordered was some fries and nuggets) but food came out hot and fresh

The young man at the counter this evening was so wonderful! His customer service was top notch, he was very friendly and it made for a great experience. The food was served very quickly and the order was accurate. If I’m ever back in the area I would return.

The first time I didn’t say anything. This is the second time in a row this drive thru fails at what a drive thru is supposed to do. A number three and a Biggie Deal. How hard is that? Missing the 10 piece from the number three and the wrong hamburger in the Biggie Deal. What makes me really smh is we were the only vehicle in line and 4 to 5 cars in the lot so totally not busy. I do not mind looking through the bag(s) to make sure it’s right however I will not dissect my order in the line… that’s what I’m paying them to do.

There is not a clean table in the building to sit at. The trash cans are overflowing. And the team members are rude and act bothered to have to deal with customers OR each other. Also the fountain drinks are nearly empty. Unacceptable and nasty

Very slow drive thru even at 3pm with only 2 cars in front of us. The guy in front of me didn’t even wait. Don’t stop here, unless you have ten minutes to wait in the drive thru literally
