Absolutely love this Applebee’s . Everyone is so nice there. Food is always great. One manager is really awesome. Wish I could remember his name. I have CRS sometimes. Lol. But he’s a younger black guy with long braids not dreads. I think he deserves a raise. Lol. Not kidding. But Honestly love this place. Probably eat here at least 3 times a month

update: Applebees contacted me and gave a refund for the meals. I wanted to add that we do order this often and this was only 2 times out of 20-30 times ordering this that the steak was raw once and well done once. Everything else we have ordered over 10 ish years, whether it is on door dash or in person has been exactly the way it was ordered. Unfortunately, reviews are often given only when there is a negative experience. Thank you Applebees for the gift card.

So we went in there at lunchtime and their AC didn’t work. It was very hot in there. We went in because we were hungry anyways. The food was not bad, although he took a long time to come to us. You would think that they will try to get us fed Before we almost melted to death. They had so many people walk in and leave because of the heat, they losing a lot of money.

Went in to the restaurant 10pm, not busy. It seemed that most of the remaining staff was cleaning the dining room and maybe 2/3 waitstaff and 1 bartender. We were seated to the left of the bar (at a table ) which was fine. Probably about 5/10 minutes of being there our waitress showed to take our drink orders and we went ahead and ordered our meals. The kids drinks came first (3kids -12yo,11yo and 7yo) my wife and I ordered a draft beer and a pina colada, that came about 10 minutes after the kids (no big deal ). The food came and the waitress maybe came to our table 4 times . They were not busy in the dining area,but the bar was a little busy. Our waitress was up at the bar speaking to a customer for about 20 minutes. She had our table and one another table. Not happy with the service .

I’ve never left a review like this before, but this experience was unacceptable.

My family and I went to this Applebee’s and were served broccoli that had a WORM cooked inside of it. We brought it to the manager’s attention — he said he’d “handle it,” then disappeared and never came back. We waited over 15 minutes with no resolution.

The AC wasn’t working (it was 80+ degrees inside), the bathrooms were filthy and smelled awful, and the food quality was poor — my chicken was dry and tough.

I appreciate our server who did her best, but management completely failed. This wasn’t just bad service — it was a health and safety issue that was ignored.

I have photo evidence and will be reaching out to corporate and the health department to make sure this is addressed. Extremely disappointed.

Ate at Applebees over the weekend. Our server Megan R was fantastic. She just came on shift and was slammed with 5-6 tables but that didn’t stop her. She got every tables drinks and food orders in a timely manner. She didn’t even write anything down even with all the chaos. Super impressed. She was also very sweet and kind! Giving only 3 stars for the atmosphere simply because they are renovating which is no fault to anyone.

Waited 15 minutes for a table, then waited over an hour for food. Once food arrived it was very overly salted. After waiting then another 30 minutes we get our check. As I’m leaving I check my account and they charged me 3 times the amount they should have. I went in asked was told they would put it back in my account tomorrow. Now I have to call my bank and try to avoid overdraft fees all because of some mediocre food. Horribly experience and will not be dining at this establishment again.

I ordered the 6 ounce top steak with salad, garlic mashed potatoes and onion rings. The onion rings were the star of the meal by far. The mashed potatoes were luke warm, salad was almost room temp….. and the steak was hotter but nothing close to Texas Roadhouse. Over all just an OK experience. Probably won’t be back fir a long time.

Ordered carryout on 1/29/26 for my husband and I. He got a burger and I got the southwest chicken bowl, plus chicken quesadillas appetizer.

Well, 24 hours later (1/30/26) we were both sick. And I’m still sick on 2/2/26. The common things we ate were the quesadillas and lettuce that came with both of our meals.

Tried calling about possible food poisoning/salmonella, but no one ever answers the phone. I wanted to see if they had any other customers complain and to make sure they retrain their cooks in proper food handling practices.

I will not be eating there anytime soon.

The food was as expected, not bad. However, this location is having a bathroom renovation that quite frankly was not an ideal situation for a patron to deal with. The woman’s bathroom was closed. The mens bathroom was posted (via a hand written sign taped to the door) as a “family restroom.” We were instructed to knock before entering. This was NOT ok. Two men were in there when I needed the facility (not the problem) , but there was no toilet paper in one stall and the other stall had a tiny roll available that was lodged into the handrail of which the man exiting the stall did not flush. Men are always gross! The garbage was overflowing. The hand soap was empty and the towel dispenser actually worked despite it was laying face up on the sink counter. I alerted a waitress to the issue and she apologized and alerted another staff member. Apparently, nothing improved in the 20 mins from my experience to when my mother in law had to go. I warned her. She came back totally disgusted and wanted to leave immediately. We paid and then left. Management, if you are going to have a bathroom inoperable during open hours, have the decency to assign a staff member to the bathroom to 1. Keep it stocked and clean, 2. Inform and managevthectrafgic
