Clearly not enough staff and a lack of training.
The cashier was 100% afraid to ask manager for assistance and ultimately had ask her in order to cancel the order because the guy guy in front of me got mad and eventually left!

Their fries are really good once they stopped drowning them in salt. Value meals are actually decently priced. Prices aren’t jacked up like they are at some truck stop fast food places. Not a fan of Wendy’s but was pleasantly surprised.

Got here 3 minutes before closing and Stewart had a smile and provided excellent customer service despite the time. This says a lot about work ethic. I had worked in fast food I can tell this is something to point out.

Drive through lane is impossible to see at night. Raised concrete that sticks out into the parking area. No reflective paint or arrows/signs to entrance. No room for error results in tire/wheel damage. Food is good as are the people. Chicken wrap well constructed.
