The staff was very unprofessional and rude. The sweet tea was out and they said they weren’t making anymore. It was only 7:00 pm. Also said they don’t do refunds and we hadn’t touched our tray as it was still on the counter. Numerous staff were too busy on their phones to pay any attention to the customers. This was a very sad experience to say the least. Asked to see a manager and they said there wasn’t any. Fries were completely burnt. See picture. Bathrooms were very dirty and the trash cans that you empty trays in to was overflowing so couldn’t dump out tray. Only about half the soda selections were available in the vendors. There was no ketchup at the condiments for fries and staff said they were out however they had ketchup to prepare burgers. We will not go back to this location.

You’d be better off sitting down at a restaurant. Actually go down to the stockyard and buy a calf, raise it to become a mature beef cow and take it to be butchered. Take the ground beef, press patties, and grill burgers to your liking. You will be satisfied with the outcome while still waiting on Wendy’s to fulfill your order.

Check your order, dig in the bag, make sure you got everything. I don’t remember ever getting my sauces and today that I bought a cajon crunch combo, paid the price, and when I got home I realized I got a school lunch spicy chicken patty. My fault for not verifying, shame, great location but the team needs a refresh. Too hungry to go back and get my right order-

Completely messed up my order, lost my app reward, no receipt, didn’t offer any sauces dude literally had zero cares in the world, cold fries, gross sandwich and sweet tea, said my frosty pass expired but they didn’t even have a new one available yet and smelled like straight up pits. Went here today for lunch. The young man at the counter who took our order was the most excellent team member I have ever encountered at a Wendy’s. He was kind, polite, helpful and had the biggest smile. Give this man a raise!!

This establishment is severely understaff and the food shows. I waited in line for almost 1.5 hr to get an Asiago sandwich and the chicken italian whatever it is . The manager was pleasant and Miguel was so humble. They staff isnt the problem the ones who come to work are trying but if you only have 2 if them cooking shut the store down its unsafe. Here is my Asiago with mayo instead of ranch no bacon and no asiago cheese. The chicken was like rubber and the breading falling apart.

Understaffed and the staff preach it. Probably is, because we just spent 30+ minutes in a drive through with a curb that prevents you from leaving. Also they got our order wrong and then just corrected what they said to suggest they were giving us the right food.
