Went here tonight to get dinner for my family, ordered a $6 bacon double stack biggie bag only ketchup and got a $5 double stack only ketchup. Asked for sweet and sour sauce on the side and didn’t get any. Manager running the drive thru seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing and seemed incredibly anxious. Food was cold and fries were unsalted but the chili was hot. My frosty cream cold brew wasn’t made correctly and tasted like it had too much syrup, and I also ordered a large sweet tea with no ice and they tried to fill the entire cup with ice when we specifically asked for none. And I didn’t receive the hot chili seasoning packet for my chili. I’ve been here so many times and this is one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a while.

KEEP DRIVING! This place is horrible! The employees don’t care about quality or customer service. They got our order wrong THREE times then finally came out with burnt food! They acted very unprofessional when I asked for a new sandwich. The lady taking our order had no idea what she was doing and kept excusing herself that “I’m new”. A well managed restaurant would have someone coach her so she can learn how to be good at her job instead of continually letting her be thrown to the wolves and turning into a nervous wreck. HORRIBLY MANAGED!

This wendys was great. We just stop thru on our way thru town and the inside was clean and the bathrooms were very clean. The person at the counter was very friendly and even asked our little one if there was a certain color they wanted for their toy. The food was hot and the fries were very fresh. So very yummy!!! I also liked that the freestyle machine seemed to have all of the flavors and choices to choose from. Thank you very much for the great experience.

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I don’t normally make bad reviews as you can check my profile, but this was awful and people need to be held accountable. Took over 15 minutes to order and Ordered 4 sandwiches and a cookie and the staff forgot the cookie and i had to wait 10 minutes to show the staff memeber my concern. After I walked out and was to eat my sandwich. They gave me someone else’s order. Ordered a $12 sandwich and received a basic burger with cheese. Absolutely terrible customer service to top it all off.
