We got a chocolate frosty, a real lemonade, and double chocolate chunk cookies. The frosty was cold and thick enough, the lemonade had just enough sweet and sour and “light ice” like I asked for, and the cookies were fresh and soft and a good size. The lady taking our order at the drive-thru was friendly and fast.
Plus I stop there sometimes on the way home from work and I almost always have a good experience.

No changing table in the restroom. That’s a -1, automatically.
The tables and chairs were sticky, but it actually made me nostalgic for my childhood. The inside is plain and tiny like Wendy’s of the 90’s, nothing flashy.
They were quick with the food. The radio was playing Christian praise and worship music, which I really enjoyed.
A school field trip popped by for lunch while we were eating, and the staff had 30 kids meals ready and waiting, putting bags into hands within minutes of seating them. Another school group picked up dozens more of kids meals. We placed our order in the middle of all of this, going on in the background, and had no idea. They’ve got a well oiled machine here.
Seriously, you guys did good. Sorry to dock you on the changing table, it’s hard to change a baby, or my disabled 4 year old, on a bathroom floor.

The food has been fresh every time I’ve stopped to eat here. The staff are very friendly and professional. My opinion the best fast food restaurant in the area.I’ve seen some reviews saying they are slow, it does take longer than McDonald’s where a burger has been cooked for hours before you get there. I’d rather wait a couple minutes on fresh food.

The food was typical Wendy’s, the facility marginally clean and updated, but the staff were the true stars. There was a belligerent customer that showed herself over her unsatisfactory sandwich. The counter staff dealt with it with patience and showed true class. They re-made her sandwich and delivered it to her in a kind and professional manner. Well done when it would have been really easy to react in an unprofessional and unloving manner. The music that played over the speakers was modern Gospel based and much appreciated, because I have small and impressionable children.

The employees are very friendly and the food is on par with most other Wendy’s restaurants. My order took longer than expected, almost ten minutes for two orders of Baconator Fries and a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Besides that, it was an overall positive experience.

I used to work at this Wendy’s about 5 years ago. I used to make sandwiches and I would have them made before the person got done ordering. I bagged and everything. Well I went by there today. I had to wait 10 minutes. I had two separate orders. They rung up the first order and forgot to take money for the second order, we had to tell them about it. They gave me the wrong drink. They gave two fries instead if chicken nuggets and fries in the 4 for $4 meal. We had to ask two different employees to take the money for the second order. Two weeks ago I got the same thing and they made my sandwich wrong. They need to change the position the drive thru guy

The only reason they are getting a star is because I have to. The restaurant was filthy; that includes the bathroom, tables and floor. The manager was to busy talking to his friends to do much of anything. In the time we ordered and sit down, two of the drive-thru orders were messed up and they had to come in to make their orders correct. Wish I had just went through the drive-thru so I wouldn’t have seen the nasty dining room.

Literally the best fast food drive through I’ve ever been through. The order was correct, food was hot, fresh and just excellent. Plus the gentleman working the widow couldn’t have been nicer.
