I was just in right at the time to switch to lunch. They were just a little unorganized. The cheeseburger was amazing. Definitely the best fast food cheeseburger. I’ve had in probably a year or so. I was given a free large size because of my long wait.

I really hate the idea that I even have to give them a star. The associates are rude and disrespectful (ugly comments, and rolling of eyes). Food is disgusting and slopped together. I would almost understand during a rush but even when they are empty they still give the same lousy service. It would seem that it starts with their manager and trickles down hill. Honestly the franchise could do with a lil house cleaning, bring in someone that isn’t looking to just be “cool” and is willing to actually do their job. I would think that a chain as large as Wendy’s would have some standards but obviously they’ve slipped to a point that everyone can see. Trash establishment, with trash associates. Don’t get me wrong their could possibly be 1 or 2 decent employees, but you know what they say “guilty by association”.

Came through this area headed on vacation and wish we hadn’t stopped here. It took almost 10 minutes to order because the girl at the window doesn’t know what’s on the menu. Then she frustrates herself and start yelling through the speaker like it’s our fault. We were all hangry so that didn’t end well for her. The food was just ok, I mean it’s another fast food place. Now our drinks, we all got lemonade and yea needless to say it’s full of pure syrup literally! There’s not a chance this is acceptable. Good thing I don’t have to come through here on the regular.

I have came here a couple times lately and the orders are ALWAYS wrong so check your food before you leave if you go there. I got cold seasoned fries with my breakfast order this morning, had to go back thru. Then they only gave me one of my orders of fries. They also couldn’t print a receipt because their “machine is broken”. I have also observed several other peoples orders wrong while I am waiting on them to fix mine. The customer service is horrible. Drive thru woman was talking on phone instead of taking orders. And the day I went inside the front cashier was also on her cellphone instead of helping several people that were waiting. This Wendy’s has went horribly downhill and no one seems to manage their employees at all. Good luck if you are wanting to eat here. I will NOT be back again.

Horrible service. Manager ( or assistant manager? ) was extremely rude. Made a big deal out of which cup we used for water or soda. We had no idea which one was for which drink. Sadly she made a big deal out of it.

While I love wendys. But I order from here often and the same thing a crispy chicken classic add cheese extra mayo and onion. On 3 occasions I have been given a chicken sandwich with cheese onion and half a jar of mayo no lettuce tomatoe. Please step your game up and get some employees with good customer service skills and grill people who actually read the order.

We ordered two of the strawberry salads that have bacon and chicken in them. One was made correctly, the other had no chicken and no bacon. What kind of moron makes two salads side by side and forgets half of the ingredients in one of them? The soda machine was out of ice and the soda was flat. I told one of the employees and she said, “oh yeah, the ice doesn’t work”. This was our first and last time at this Wendy’s.

The last 3 times we have been here our has been wrong, lobby is nasty while the kids in the back shoot basket ball and pretend to fight each other. 12 people have came while we were sitting and all their orders were wrong. One young lady in the back comes outside to a car to get her some drugs and goes the bathroom to do them. Manger is in the back while the front is goofing off and playing. We have to put paper towels down because the tables are sticky and nasty.

I don’t even know where to start.. our whole experience was just terrible. Went to lunch with my fiancé and two kids. Everything was covered in grime including every single high chair looked like they haven’t cleaned them in weeks. The tray with salt and pepper packets was almost empty and at the bottom was coated in dirt. Ketchup packets had sticky residue like one had busted but kept piling them in there. Extremely loud and obnoxious guy working the counter. After a customer had left he said loudly yeah I effed her best friend! Loud enough for the whole entire dining room to hear. Guy in the kitchen had his phone out playing on it. Forgot part of our order and only thing we got was “oh my bad” out of ranch dipping sauce or maybe was just too lazy to even look for more. Was charged wrong but never even got a receipt didn’t realize until I looked at my online bank account. This is unacceptable especially with the conversations being had by staff while children are present! Pathetic.
