My order was rang up incorrectly on one of my mcdoubles ( was supposed to be cheese and ketchup only on both of the mcdoubles I ordered ) so I let them know at the window before even getting our food. Once we got it I had 1 mcdouble made all the way and 2 with cheese ketchup and mustard… so I pulled over and went inside… and asked for 2 made the way I ordered twice already… the manager didn’t seem to wanna be there and did not have a customer service attitude… got two more mcdoubles and one is made correctly and the other didn’t have any cheese. I had already been at this location for 20 to 30 mins and I was so mad I just left and this is not the only bad experience I’ve had with the night crew… I go there all the time during the day and day crew is amazing and I love them. Some of them even know me by name. But night crew is always a nightmare and I will not be visiting this location ever again if the night crew can’t get their selves in order and at least be nice to the people who are extremely nice to them even know they had screwed up my order multiples times. It wasn’t the new girls at the window or the one in the kitchen that I’m upset with. It was the manager on duty around 8pm October 5th 2025. I was a manager for years and you ma’am need to work on your customer service or don’t be in a leadership role. Period.

2nd worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. Normally, I would overlook the lack of greeting or Thank You, but receiving undercooked food was the last straw.

Everything about this place is so not worth the visit, on yesterday I ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies and 2 fish combos, get to the window after paying the girl is always rude, following the manager and the front staff. They left off the cookies because the forgot to charge us then made us drive back around to get 4 cookies that we wasn’t given only to wait another 10 mins to receive the order and let’s not mention how we were the only cars in drive thru after that 1 vehicle left and no one was inside. This has happened to me when I moved back to this area last year so I remembered if they don’t value their jobs why should I because whether I’m working at McDonald’s or General Motors everyone is treated with kindness and respect.

Ordered a big breakfast for DoorDash with a large macchiato and they sent me a big breakfast with no hot cakes which is what my wife wanted to begin with and then she left without even acknowledging the fact that there was a problem so here’s a picture of the receipt and I will be in contact with whom I need to be contacted with cuz this is not the first time and I’m going to be documenting every time this happens now and if they don’t make it right I’m going to start dropping their ratings every time and I ask that my followers do the same thing they mess up your order put it on there Make them responsible It’s not a hard job I’m really you read a screen and then make a war I did it for 6 years delivering pizzas I even had a pizza at somebody house and 8 minutes from the time they ordered at one time perfect and they can’t get a order right but at least they could have come up and not acknowledged the fact that they made a mistake or talk to me or something not just drive off and not say anything That’s messed up and that is poor customer service I will not stand for that McDonald’s you are going to be victim number one I’ll post pictures of all my food from here That way I will have documentation of what I get had a similar situation with Taco Bell I see if you’re going to do your job do it right I deliver for 6 years then I switched to driving 18 wheelers you know what would happen if I delivered the wrong order in a 18-wheeler they would reject my load but it’s the fact that they didn’t even talk to me after all that was said and done she just got in a car and left That’s what burns me up

They didn’t have their pumpkin pies ordered through the app when I arrived curbside they offered suggestions for replacement items, Requested 2 sausage biscuits they fulfilled request

They have the worst service than any other McDonald’s I have been to. Its hot and I wanted to get an iced coffee. I decided to skip the drive through and go inside and when I get there its just employees having a conversation with each other and I had to wait for their conversation to end for the cashier to even look at me, no greetings, no sorry about your wait or anything. I asked her if they are serving coffee right now and she said I’ll have to make you a pot. I said I wanted a mocha frappe and she told me no. Said they werent doing them right now. I was in the middle of asking her what time they do them and before I could even finish my sentence, she walks away from me and pretends to do something else, wouldn’t even look at me. I was already having a bad day and to be disrespected like this…. I hope she gets fired because she obviously doesnt want to work anyways and is freaking rude to people coming in. She was the cashier wearing blue talking to the male employee instead of doing her job. I walked away without ordering a single thing and I will not be ordering from this location again. This was about 1pm today August 13th.
Edit: I just called up there and the lady on the phone who answered said it was her that I spoke to at the front and she’s the manager.

Just wanted to eat in peace but saw them give someone the wrong food and the woman wasn’t mad or anything about it until the cashier started yelling and cursing at her. I’d understand if the woman was rude but I was right there and witnessed it and she wasn’t be a Karen or anything. The manager just sat back and allowed it to happen as well so I personally won’t be back

There service is super slow. I have had to wait up to 45 min in line. That was really ridiculous. If there was another one closer to Lakeshore, I would go there. I actually wouldn’t go at all if my kids didn’t love the hashbrowns.

I also have to place my order 3 times. One at the drive thru speaker, one at the window (because they didn’t get it right) and one at the pick up window because the one that took the order still did not get it right.

Listening only requires your ears…they are so PROGRAMMED… THAT YOU MUST ORDER IN THEIR LINGO RO GET IT RIGHT. OH AND MY ORDER STILL WAS NOT RIGHT…mcgriddle with sausage and cheese, no egg!

The food on June 3rd I received at 3pm was Terrible. The chicken deluxe burger was a small dried up piece that was hard and just not good, the condiments were very little had open bun to see any. This wa not the best service and the waitvat speaker was not as prompt as normal. The cost was a deluxe meal but a dollar menu taste.
