I ordered a burger and chili. The burger was fine. It took half an hour for the chili to cool down enough for me to be able to eat it. Wow, the frickin’ steam coming off that chili! I like the 90’s dance music they play, it’s cool.

First visit to this Wendy’s. The food was FANTASTIC. My fries were extremely fresh and hot, and the nugs and burger were delicious. The place is massive and clean. The staff were average.

Workers’ aware of the state of the drink machine spewing drink flavorant and dye, as it had gotten on an employee but made no strides to make customers aware or rectify the issue until potential solution brought up by poster. Employee contacted manager who suggested a meal voucher that would not come close to the cost of clothing items ruined.

Who ever was managing today knew the orange soad was spraying guests and did not pull the cartridge or hang a sign warning people. His solution was a free meal. A $6 meal does not compare to my new shoes! This is them after attempting to clean them in the bathroom. He still did not pull the cartridge by the time we left. Very upset. We are attending a dress up event and I’m stained.

I order delivery here a lot. Today however I did not receive 1/3 of my order. The food that i did receive was cold.
Ordered directly in app. Tried to work it out with Wendy’s delivery customer service which is via DoorDash.
They would only refund for the missing food item without refund on tax paid on it and no compensation for delivery cost and having to reorder delivery for missing food.
Could not get them to redelivery the missing food without a reorder.
Ended up out another $9.50 in delivery fees to reorder.
Then it came with cheddar cheese in the chili when I did not request that.
Frustrating.

Had lunch inside Wendy’s, the first in a long time. The order register was shielded with plexiglass and suggested standing distance was noted on the floor, and where to stand in line. Credit card scanners were easily within reach away from the order taker and plexi. Our order was taken, and we noted an overall price increase. The regular condiment area was closed, with only straws and drink lids open to diners. Other dining needs were expidited by the pick up associate, by being asked what you needed, such as forks, salt, ketchup etc and it was included in the bag handed you through the pick up plexi station. The beverage area was still self serve. The dining room was clean and clutter free, with cards on properly spaced tables suggesting where to sit in order to maintain distance between tables. The food was typical Wendy’s fare and flavor, no better or worse. All staff were helpful, but most worked in the food prep area. Our only associate contact was with the order taker and food pick up. No staff were noted in the dining area during our lunch. I noted many more drive through diners than inside diners.

Drive thru kiosk listed a different price I was charged at the payment window. When I inquired about this, the employee merely repeated the amount. When I asked for a receipt, she rolled her eyes, and then handed me the receipt. The food was good, but the employee attitude was extremely poor. Had to ask for sauce and catsup.
In reading other reviews of this location, I see I’m not alone in receipt of poor customer service and attitude from employees. Management might take notice, a problem is brewing.

First time at this location. Clean restrooms, fast and friendly service. Food was HOT when we got it which was much appreciated as that’s not always the case at OTHER Wendy’s (we’ve traveled between NC and PA over a dozen time during the past 15 months). Only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 on atmosphere is because it was a little warm inside. KUDOS to the owner(s) for hiring a very competent manager.

Went through the drive through ordered taco salad and baconator. Pulled away and the fries nor the taco chips were in the bag. The young lady that handed me the order did not look happy to be there. When we went back in to tell them the fries and chips were not in the bag not even a sorry. Just hand some fries and the missing chips. Poor service and the food has definitely went down in quality

Soft drinks are flat coke & Dr. Pepper so we changed to sweet tea and that wasn’t even sweet at all, no napkins, no ketchup in pump station, no ketchup cups, dirty tables.
