me an my fiancée stopped at this wendy’s to get a bit to eat, so we place a mobile order. we proceeded to go through the drive-thru like the app said to, when we pull up to the speaker one of the workers rudely answered an said that we had to come inside.
we tell them our names and the start to prep our oder by the way service was slow, the restaurant wasn’t even busy. while me and my fiancée wait we noticed that there is mouse poop on the seat. over all the workers are rude and don’t have the customer service skills they need to have this job.

Well… used to be Wendy’s food was actually good
But as it turns out the chicken sandwich salads are a slightly oversized chicken nugget that is REALLY flat. Smaller than a child size sandwich

Did the drive-through I feel like they’re having issues there? Maybe not enough workers stayed in line for a long time. Only a few cars a couple pulled out didn’t wait sat there. They didn’t even come on to say it’s gonna be a few minutes or can you hold they just make you wait with no sound at all I guess the ones that are there are doing the best they can, but they lose a lot of business with the rate at least acknowledge people sitting there.

It is rare that I ever review fast food. These places are what they are and if you don’t already know what they are then no amount of reviewing is going to help you. But this place is the true definition of a dumpster fire. Staff are miserable. Food is garbage. The place is dirty dirty. And did I tell you how bad the staff are?? So this review is less about how sickeningly atrocious this store is and more of a warning to people thinking it will be a good idea to pop over…DONT

These food pictures are supposed to be the spicy chicken asiago sandwich. We purchased a kids nugget meal, a baked potato, and a regular spicy chicken sandwich. None of the food was even warm. It was all room temp. Yes, I took the food to go. Our hotel was a 4min drive away. 6min to get to the room. If the good was hot and fresh, after 6 minutes it should’ve still been at least warm.

Staff here is always efficient and friendly. I usually end up there near the end of the lunch rush and they seem to handle everything well. Foods always typical Wendy’s.

This has got to be the slowest Wendy’s in existence, on slow nights the drive thru, is a 15-20 min wait, on busy nights ive waited close to an hour, its supposed to be FAST FOOD, I could goto a sit down restaurant and get my food faster

Went through drive through ordered 5 cheeseburgers, 4 large chili’s, 4 chive and sour cream baked potatoes. Asked for extra sour cream for my chili and my kids, lady was hateful said we always put extra. I got kids sick at home and my wife and needed a hot meal after I went to work so I left. Get home didn’t have no sour cream didn’t have any baked potatoes I ordered, cheeseburgers cold as can be. Would not recommend going to this location best part of the regional manager was there as I used to work here. Will not go back rather drive across town since I had to drive out twice because no one can answer the phone

Went here a day or so ago I was dashing idk how this place is still here I walked in to pick up a order and noticed only one worker do multiple large orders and drive thru by him self I’m assuming that all the other managers and crew were in the back ngas about their job give that boy a raise for having to deal with what he dose I will be contacting corporate
