WORST Wendy’s ever. Horrible service on top of poor quality food. I waited in line at the drive through for 15 minutes – behind only 3 cars – to then be told in a dismissive tone that they were only accepting cash. Felt like she did not want me to place an order. Then, they forgot my barbecue sauce, and it was the worst quality spicy chicken sandwich.

Ordered once through doordash but had to get a re-delivery because they were missing and entire meal from our order. On the second order, I found a metal rod in my French fries. The bags were sealed so I know it wasn’t the dasher. Tried calling the store for hours but nobody ever answered. Definitely taking legal action.

The floor was sticky the dining room clearly hadn’t been mopped in some time and the main dining room smelled like urine. The server took his time coming to the main counter and didn’t really seem to care that we were there. When the order came out he simply pointed to a bag and then didn’t give us the right drinks. Thank god the food was the traditional wendy so it didn’t taste that bad three star stops. I won’t say not to come eat here but I will tell you that the management should probably be reading these posts.

Drive thru guy took our order great, best I’ve seen in a while! Great jOb young man However, hands down The worst Wendy’s I’ve visited in a very long time. Burgers were cold. I ALWAYS ask for a special make so this way I’m sure to get a fresh sandwich! Extra onions i asked for and have 2 on my sandwich! Fries are cold burnt and I’m sure the last of what was left in the bin because they are ALL crumbles if fries! Had to ask for straws with 2 drinks? May be keeping your numbers down guys but definitely not keeping the customers happy! Must do better gang. I WON’T BE BACK… UNLESS I WERE OFFERED 2MEALS TO COMPENSATE FOR MY LOSS TODAY. SHOULD’VE WENT TO ZAXBY’S NEXT DOOR AND GOT ME SOME LIVER’S AND GIZZARDS…..but i had a taste for Wendy’s ‼️ what a LET DOWN

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. Took me 35 minutes to get one thing through the drive thru. Restaurant parking lot was almost empty. This is the second time this has occurred. So much for “fast food”.

I never caught her name, but the manager at this location was attentive enough to notice we were struggling to find our means of payment lost somewhere in the car. She was also kind enough and generous enough to offer up her employee meal to pay for our order. I don’t know if any of the employees could tell, but I am currently jobless, homeless and hopelessly destitute, and this kind gesture was enough to make me and my fiance cry.. it means the world to both of us that someone would go out of their way for someone they barely know, that’s a quality you don’t see in most people these days. Thank you so much to the manager and employeesof this establishment, God bless all of you ❤️

This Wendy’s makes up its own hours. All the employees are rude, especially the late night and early morning. Good luck getting any breakfast here, they will ignore you in the drive thru and not open the front doors until 9. Also just tried ordering and they said they’re closing and not taking any orders. Hours say they close at 12am, it’s currently 11.
