This Wendy’s blew me away. Was out walking my pups and stopped in. I was almost 15 minutes before breakfast ended. Not only was the food great, the atmosphere was super calm and the employees just seemed kind. When we were about to leave a young gentleman came out and offered the pups a leftover egg and a sausage patty which they loved. Normally I’d review the food(which was perfect) but this review is more about thank you for being jovial to us.

Ordered through the App. Still took too long. Chicken biscuit though delicious fell apart. Tea had been already poured into 2 cups. Waiting to be dispersed into smaller cups. Seemed to me a chance for bacteria. The young lady at the window was polite.

Stressful and weird place to eat. I usually always walk out of places that make you order from a screen but we had two coupons to use so thought it might be worth it… not worth it. Screens have no way to use coupon, but no employees would help me initially and they all seemed stressed out. Eventually got an employee to help but took very long with my kids waiting. Then they were out of ketchup and spoons which was just another thing. Also the entire restraint and food is decorated with skulls and spider webs for some marketing they are doing… just weird. Took aver 40 minutes to eat at this weird and dirty “fast food” place

First visit, i ordered a ice tea. I got cold unsweetened COFFEE…. thats not even an option on their menu. The visit i just had i ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and a biggie bag. I didnt get the bacon and was charged for it. This location seams to just processed me to get me out their driveway. You are rushed as a customer.

The lady handling my food has incredibly long and yellow fingernails. I have gotten my nails done for years and they’ve NEVER looked like that. I can tell that employees are not up to par with being clean at all

I went thru the drive-thru with nobody behind me and the inside of the restaurant had no customers, yet the drive-thru woman kept asking me if I was ready to order and I kept telling her, “just a moment, please”. We ordered a #7 burger only, a Oreo Frosty and a #7 combo. The combo wasn’t what I wanted because my daughter is allergic to potatoes, but the woman kept rushing me to order. The tomato on my burger was rotten. The frosty was salty and not mixed (I watched her make it and she basically just shook it a little to mix it). I ordered and was charged for a medium Frosty but received a small Frosty. The French fries in the combo were soggy and greasy (I paid for them so may as well eat them away from my daughter, but I did not eat many because they were nasty). I paid $26+ for this garbage and used my credit card but she did not give me my receipt! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

There was nobody in the store or in line at 6:00pm on November 24th. When I entered it was employees standing outside smoking marijuana and inside the employees were standing around conversing which wasn’t an issue until I went to use the bathroom and it was nasty. There was period blood in the toilet along with a big wad of toilet paper that was bloody. I didn’t even order food afterwards. Cleanliness is important in all areas of the building including the bathrooms.
