Today I stopped here for my lunch break. I was greeted by staff and management. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The Barista’s were very attentive and nice. The manager Zay took my order and she even asked how I was doing. That was a plus. I told her I was extremely tired and she joked with me about it which was great because it gave me a little boost. She made sure my drink was actually how I needed it because we both didn’t need me tired at work lol. The staff worked non stop but very smoothly. It wasn’t chaotic just well managed and organized. This location was very clean even with all of the foot traffic from the snow there was someone to make sure the floors were cleaned and dry. I’m happy I stopped at this location this morning. I needed bright faces, positive attitudes and I got just that!!! Thank you to the staff I encountered today!!

The service is hit or miss. I usually go through drive through and 1/3 times on average is anyone smiling or being kind. When ordering at the box they will ask you to repeat yourself multiple times but no matter how loud you project they cut you off to say I can’t hear you with a tone of frustration – it’s not too difficult to swap that out for hey sorry but I’m having a hard time hearing you pull up to the window so I can make sure your order is right because we care about drink accuracy and customer satisfaction. They just take your payment shove your drink at you and don’t even say have a good day or “thank you”.

Absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, but today was the kicker, after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru line, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes in the store before I got 2 drinks I ordered. They tried to shortcut their way by over making one drink and pouring it into both cups. I stopped the barista mid way through and let him know that both drinks are different. I got one drink it was still wrong, and I requested a refund. They woman with horsey hair and dark lipstick tried to make me wait longer and I told her that I don’t have another 45 minutes to give them. I got refunded for one drink and the second drink I received was STILL wrong. An hour wait at Starbucks for a drink is unacceptable and as a former barista, my store manager would’ve been appalled.

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to with a TERRIBLE drive thru. You are almost guaranteed to scratch your vehicle. And the audacity of them to ask you to loop around to wait an additional 15-20 mins just to “bypass” the drive thru clock is crazy! I’m sick of it!

I frequent this Starbucks often. I always get the same thing. I don’t know what the issue was today. I only ask for my drink to be sweet. The lady in the drive through said well it already comes with 5 pumps how much more sweeter do you want it to be. Her tone was very off and not customer service friendly. When I got to the window she did not look very happy. I get it. It’s raining outside. Having a bad day. Please don’t take it out on your customers

Beautiful brand new location. The drive thorugh is pretty narrow and the inside is clean and bright. Coffe actually tasted great but my bagel minis were barely warm. The cream cheese on the inside was still cold and it threw the texture off.

I come to this Starbucks frequently. The wait usually isn’t very long and the service is excellent. Tried the new blackberry drink and I’m pretty happy with it. My dog really likes the egg bites and pup cups. I’ll never offer her espresso again though. That was a mess.

I was in a great mood this morning, very excited to get coffee. But the rude annoyed monotone killed it. They made me feel like it was an inconvenience that was there. This is the kind of thing that scares me about running a business. If my employees ever treated customers this way I would be replacing the staff asap.

I placed my order on the app and it took over an hour and a half to be made then the manager Kayla was so rude when I brought it to her attention and caused a whole scene when I brought it to her attention then when I asked fot her name she was incredibly disrespectful I visit this location every morning before wk and spend so much money there to be treated that way is crazy!!!!

Give Cynthia and Sabrina a raise! I went in there early this morning only to realize I was at the wrong Starbucks ‍♀️. But they were so nice and made my order there. AND I didn’t have to pay again. 10/10 top quality service.
