If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was there this evening Sunday, September 28th at around 9:40pm. I received my food through the drive through. When I got home later I found a sunflower seed shell in my burger. It was in my mouth. I want to vomit. This is the most unsanitary, trifling thing I’ve ever experienced. This is worst than hair in your food, this shell WAS IN SOMEONES MOUTH. It was in MY mouth. I want to vomit just typing this. I’m literally in disbelief.

Horrible customer service. I walked in to ask a question. The lady rudely pointed at the kiosk without even a good morning and said all orders go through there. I told her again that I have a question not an order. I explained that a chili was missing from my previous order and the employee Lisa told me to come back to redeem it. She grabbed a chili and proceeded to charge me $5 for it. I told her again that it was owed to me because it was forgotten in my bag. She called me baby and told me that was 2 weeks ago (implying that it doesn’t count). I will not be going back here after being robbed of $5 and then rudely dismissed.

I visited the Wendy’s on Monticello Ave and ordered using the self-service screen. It was my first time trying it, and while different, I didn’t mind the process. The downside was that we weren’t greeted, which made the experience feel less welcoming. What stood out most, though, was an employee loudly making comments about another patron’s appearance. The remarks weren’t funny, and both other customers and the employee’s coworkers seemed uncomfortable. I found this extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. A simple greeting and respectful conduct would go a long way in improving the customer experience here.

So I go to this store and place an order and the cashier handed me something different. I was like that’s not what I ordered and then she said oh, we don’t have that. I asked for a refund she smacked her lips and started serving the next guest, never told the manager I wanted a refund. I patiently waited for 10 minutes then I asked, Is someone processing my refund. The manager comes to the front counter screaming and yelling “Well I didn’t know you wanted a refund “ I was like sir, I’m the customer. He slammed the money in my hand and went about his business. No apology or nothing. These fast food places are getting ridiculous.

I was told, through the drive through speaker, that I would have to come inside to place an order. I asked them to confirm, and they said yes we had to come inside – confirming they could hear me and could have taken my order or asked me to come around to a window. So we left and this store lost a sale.

First of all, it’s Wendy’s. It’s a fast food restaurant. But compared to other Wendy’s, this one had really good food. It had fast service and it had kiosks to order from. The staff was really friendly and allowed you to order not from the kiosk if you just wanted to use cash. It was a little dirty on the floor but I was also there during rush hour. Overall I had a great experience, food was quick and the staff was friendly and it was pretty good! Also they had a come freestyle machine for drinks.

The service was fast, the cashier was professional. The food was okay. The place was filthy when we arrived but the Manager came out and clean up the entire restaurant while we were eating. The place was extremely cold and serval customer and my companions complained but nothing was done to correct the problem. Returned on 8/3/22 the service was horrible. The cashier was rude and nasty. She ran off two sets of customers with kids. The Manager never opened her lips to correct nor clams the cashier down. The food was unsatisfactory. The dinning room appeared as it had not been cleaned since it opened that morning.

Stopped in for a burger while I was in town. It was late and getting close to closing time. I had to place my order on a large computer screen, which is not something I’m used to, so it took me longer than expected. No problem… just order 1 item and forget the rest. I stopped in the bathroom to wash my hands and it was super clean! I really appreciate that! Overall, I had a good experience with this Wendy’s!

The worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in my life. Ordered a #9 and had to replace the burger TWICE. Both times they gave me burgers with onion rings that were cold like they were fresh out of the freezer. The Pattie’s were undercooked and the cheese was iceberg cold as well. Not to mention the lady taking orders only knowing how to ask what is your drink when there’s obviously more you have to order. I learned my lesson wit this location
