Ordered a biggie meal. Both burgers were cool to warm. Which was not appealing, worst was the fries, only half a pack and nasty looking. See pic. I have asthma so can’t have drinks with ice in them. I asked for a Dr Pepper without ice. They gave me a flat soda that was watered down. All in all a really poor meal. I went in and got them to replace the fries.

Slowest drive through I’ve ever been to. It’s always slow even when you’re the only one in line. Waited 10 minutes to order before someone answered and then it took 10 more minutes to get our food. If i wanted to spend that long waiting I would have gone to a real restaurant. Don’t waste you’re money or Time here.

Took the kids for an after game treat. Placed order on kiosk and paid via card. Then we were told they were out of our order items and I asked to cancel order. They were unable refund to the card and refunded with cash. Instead of giving 24.90 as paid, they refunded 24.85. At least the employees were otherwise cordial. Enjoy the 5 cents!

I placed a mobile pick-up order through yhr drive-thru so I can’t speak on the atmosphere or cleanliness of the dining room. Food was hot and delicious. If you want fresh hot fries, order with “No Salt”. The baked potatoes were okay, I could tell they had been sitting for a minute. But their chili always hits!

Just stopped by the drive-through this evening with my wife and dog. They were rude via the drive-through intercom, when I got to the window, I was not talked to or greeted, but just handed food with a death glare. The employee that was providing our drinks, overfilled the drink, and didn’t even try to dry the sides of the cup before handing me the wet cup. We were then told to go to the mobile order spot; while there I stepped out of the vehicle to let my dog use the bathroom while my wife waited for our food to come to the vehicle, once the employee that handed me the wet cup, walked up to the door she gave my wife a death glare and handed us our food.

There food is same, so not much to say there. However the inside was disgusting. Bathroom was not clean. Tables hadn’t been wiped down (for awile) and a lot of the drink selections were unavailable.

Don’t go here, there’s a McDonald’s down the road. The employees here don’t care about anything. I ordered a baconator with no mayo. I received a single patty burger WITH mayo. I even asked if the baconator was supposed to be one or two patties, they told me it was only one.
They probably just gave me whatever they had lying around.

0 stars this is the 2nd day in a row I came prior to 11:30 pm and tried to go thru the drive thru. At least tell me you’re done serving people instead of just letting me sit there wondering if yall are ever coming damn!
