Fast service. Super friendly staff. Clean. Huge bathroom, fits about 10 people or so. Its weird the toilet stall has no privacy if you’re using it. Now that I think about it, it might have been a single bathroom.

Good morning. On Thurdays February 5, 2026, I ordered 2 Wedys bacon double combos. I live about 20 minutes away. I purchased the items for my wife and son. My wife found a long blonde hair in her sandwich and vomited after only taking one bite. She put the hair in a napkin and told me. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I explained to her the situation. She asked me to bring in the receipt, and she would replace the sandwich. I told her that I wasn’t given the receipt, and she said there was nothing that she could do with a very nasty attitude. Just as I was asking for the number for corporate, she nastily said,” Bring it in, and I will get you another sandwich!” When I arrived with the sandwich and the hair, I handed it over to her, and she opened the napkin and started arguing that she didn’t see a hair! She continued to yell.” There is no hair! There is no hair!” I’m thinking to myself, Who would take one bite of a burger and want to drive 20 minutes for a new burger???? She never apologized or even offered a gift certificate or another combo. She was so irate that I just said,” Don’t worry about it, ma’am,” and walked out, leaving the burger. She was the manager on shift at 2:00 pm,2/5/2026. She was a short black lady about 30. I was highly disappointed with the way she handled the situation. Very unprofessional and classless. I will never go to that Wendy’s again. With service like that, I see why they were empty at 2:00 pm Just horrible service from the manager!

I’m not the one to complain about a store but I’ve had it with this Wendy’s and their service!!! My kids love Wendy’s and this is the closest to my house. I will say the staff is always friendly that’s why I don’t usually complain. But come on enough is enough!! They always mess up the order one way or the other cold food, missing food, never any straws or sauce. I’m very understanding of food service workers and am compassionate about the fact they deal with a lot but seriously tonight they totally missed the mark. I ordered 3 meals from delivery and they forgot one whole meal, another was the baconator meal without bacon, and no straws or sauce even. I’m hoping Wendy’s gets it together or I guess we will have to go somewhere else for the future.

I have never been inside. But I DoorDash my food was cold, messy in the bag like they just threw my food. Food wasn’t what I order. Order ice cream they gave me another drink instead. Bag wasn’t seal at all. All on night shift needs to be fired honestly not work ethic at all cause yall won’t want your food handle like that simple then gave me sauce half way open like that’s ridiculous.

Im not sure who was taking orders or handing out food at the drive thru around 3 PM today 2/7, but her attitude and demeanor was extremely unprofessional. When I pulled up to the window, there was no greeting at all. No hello or acknowledgment, just silence. When she handed me my food, I politely asked for a sauce. She immediately slammed the window shut, then reopened it and aggressively told me they did not have that sauce. I dont understand the aggressive and rude behavior I keep seeing with this generation, especially from young workers in customer service. Nobody put a gun to your head and told you to work at Wendy’s. If you were upset or having a bad day, maybe you should step away instead of taking it out on customers. Treating people the way I was treated today is terrible and completely unnecessary. Wendy’s please reevaluate your employees!!!!!!!!

Always was good why I paid more for DoorDash. But few times lately not due to driver, restaurant has slacked! But overall why I spend more to get delivery from them! Hopefully this last purchase will not deter me!

This location is terrible. This is my 2nd and last time ever ordering from them because they ruined BOTH orders. This one in particular, the food was freezing cold, they left out one of the lrg potato wedges and gave me some cold bacon biscuit when I order the Breakfast Baconator (pictures included). If you ran out of the food, CANCEL THE ORDER, instead of wasting people’s time and money. Wendy’s likely doesn’t like canceling so they can still be paid without being penalized.

Pull up to the window set up the window with nobody else in line. Nobody in front of me nobody behind me carry out is closed. Dine in is closed so there’s no customers in the store. And I sat there at the speaker with no response and I pull off and I see three employees staring at the window computer all laughing and talking instead of doing their job and taking orders. Every single cashier in here should be fired the cooks do decent, but every single cashier needs to be fired immediately.

02/18/25:
Slow service, we waited at the drive thru window for 5 mins,after being told that they would be with us in a little while. There was one car in the parking lot waiting on food to be brought out, no customers inside. The staff was rude, condescending and made us feel like we were bothering them by ordering food. The lady bringing the food out to the other car walked and looked like she couldn’t stand having to serve anyone, slow, angry and dragging her feet. We received no receipt (paid cash), straws or napkins. I went inside for straws and the receipt and was told they didn’t have the receipt, they didnt know where it was and couldnt print another one. The burgers were burnt and dried out, the fries were greasy and dark, as if they’d been refried. This place needs to be closed down or re-vamped with new management and staff. I will make the drive to a different Wendy’s before I ever spend another dollar at this store!!!
