Every single time I come here they either are out of something or they forget something. This is not and exaggeration literally EVERY time. it seems like there is no effort to improve at all. This used to be a good location but honestly that was 5 plus years ago just seems as though they could care less

I went to get something to eat. I ordered, pulled around and noticed sign in attached pic. I asked about it and was told by the manager or asst. I had to have a hard copy of my military ID. I’m not Active Duty anymore. Not retired, but I do have a VFW card as a life member. That should suffice, or atleast I would think.

The dining room was empty, it was dinner time on a weekday, and the drive thru was steady. Staff did not make food very fast, nor were they attentive to the dining room, and they forgot that we had placed an order. We stood at the counter while the drive thru was repeatedly serviced, and the staff walked by without making eye contact. Chicken was burned on the outside and undercooked inside, the soda machine was empty, the fries were cold. This used to be the better of the two Wendy’s in the county, but they have diminished beyond where the other one was. It would be better if it closed it’s doors and we got a Five Guys, Hangry Joes, Raising Cane’s, or a Canastas Peruvian Chicken.

This Wendy’s is literally the worst. Ordered 20 minutes in advance for my break, and still ended up spending my full 30 minute break sitting and waiting for one sandwich to be made. Do not recommend. They are lazy and slow. On top of that, they will just not give you half the food you order and not tell you.

This Wendy’s is incredibly slow. Every time I come here, the drive-thru line barely moves, and the wait inside isn’t any better. Even with only a few cars or customers, it takes forever to get your food. The staff doesn’t seem to have any sense of urgency, and it really kills the “fast food” part of the experience. The food is fine once you finally get it, but the service speed seriously needs improvement

Had to wait 10 minutes after paying. Tried their new Fuego they offered and they filled the bag with MAYBE a small fry with crushed/powdered Fuego chips in a bag that had a hole in it. Crumbs everywhere….the Fuego Burger was…upsetting, overvalued, and disappointing. Take it off the menu..

I eat at this location 4-5 times weekly for years, because It is closest to where I live and almost repeatedly find them out of something. This is unacceptable. I think most potential customers would have given up years ago, but like I said, it’s the closest.

Cold fries, out of made salads or chocolate chip cookies at least 50% of the time. No baked potatoes many other times.
For 2 days now, they Haven’t had any ice. They could at least have gone next door and purchased enough ice to get through…flat warm drinks just makes return business a difficult decision.
Restaurants just don’t keep business with the continued serious issues as experienced here.

Nasty employee… got mad because I told her the ketchup dispenser was empty.. and I interrupted what ever she was doing on her phone. She pointed to the container of ketchup packets on the counter which had broken open dried nasty ketchup all over it. I asked her if she saw how nasty it was.. she grabbed it of the counter went to the side of the restraunt and dumped it in the trash. Never saying a word.. after we were done with our burgers, she finally filled the ketchup.. my husband went into the men’s room, no soap, no paper towels. And feces all over the place.. hands down, The WORSE restraunt I have ever been in.. we wont even get into the food.. tea was sour, burger was replaced with mayo, ketchup running off the burger. Just gross!!! Hardly any bacon for a baconator.. NEVER AGAIN…. we eat at Wendy’s

I should have stopped coming to this location a long time ago, but I keep giving them another chance because they’re at the end of my road. Tonight was the last time. No matter what you order, there will be a wait. The kitchen is never fully stocked. Half of the staff members act like you’re an inconvenience to them. Tonight, I placed an order on the app. Got there only to be told 4 of the items I ordered were unavailable. 2 things they had no substitute for and said I should see a refund in 5-7 business days. We were offered Caesar salads to replace the other 2 items (cobb salads). Got home to find this. A half bowl of lettuce with a sandwich patty. No croutons, shredded cheese, or dressing. For a $9 salad, this is unacceptable. Sadly, this isn’t even the worst looking thing to come out of this Wendy’s. I could go on, but not sure it will make a difference.

The best thing about our $30 meal was the small Frosty! The burger was disgusting! The chicken nuggets were disgusting! The baked potato was disgusting and our fries were cold The young man behind the counter was very pleasant and trying hard to do a good job! Food….. GROSS!!
