I went to place an order for my senior parents, a handicap child and my son & when I got to the window to order at 7:39pm the lady refused to take my order she told me they were closed because she was gonna be the only one left AFTER 8pm. I understand being short staffed but this is unacceptable it was not even 8pm yet and she could had took my order this is truly terrible customer service and she had a horrible attitude I am not sure if I will ever return to this store! I am a general manager at my own food store and I would not be happy to find out my staff closed the restaurant at 8pm when they close at 12am

The staff is nice, but the food is a lot worse than I remember it being and it took quite a lot longer than other fast food places. The soda machine was out of pretty much everything when I went. Also the store is in desperate need for a remodel, it’s old and grungy.

The food and service was great however the dining room was not clean. There were mulitple ceiling tiles that were covered in black and dripping on to multiple tables and chairs. Even the walk up to the register was covered in drips of compensation from the vents. It makes for the most welcoming conditions . Skip the dining in and opt for drove thru instead

I ordered a plain cheeseburger in the drive through, the cashier said “for real?” and then gave me a burger with everything on it. Nuggets were fresh, took longer to get food than normal for a fast food place though.

Unfortunately we wait for more than 40 minutes , a lady after us came back to the window, to claim a wrong service, they give me faster the ice cream a d the sodas but they take forever for the food, I understand they can be busy but they need to consider the job seriously they are giving a service. This is my 1st time in this particular Wendy’s but I usually go to Wendy’s 2 to 3 times per week. When they gave me the food also they give the wrong food too, I just leave the place, more people doing the line I just said to leave unsatisfied

Came in to order, it took about 5 minutes to have someone come up to the register after eye contact was made several times. I tried paying with my mobile pay since I had a balance through there, but no one could figure it out (you just type in the payment code) so I resorted to my credit card. They had to put the order in to the register at the drive thru, for no apparent reason which I’m glad I did apple pay because I couldnt see if anyone could copy my card number or not. Then they gave me my food which im glad I looked through the bag because they missed one of my sandwiches. Overall most of the workers (about 3 total) were nice, but need to be retrained in their POS and customer etiquette.

What is wrong with Richmond area Wendy’s. One car in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get a Frosty. Car in front of me gets their food. A couple of minutes later they get their first frosty. Couple of minutes latet they get their second. I pull up to the window and see my frosty sitting there for five minutes while the person at the window gets all of the drinks for tne next order. This isnt rocket science. They cant get their stuff until I move anyway.
