Service brings down this rating A LOT! I know people have bad days, but the guy at the register is extremely rude. When attempting to make a simple modifications to my order, he rudely said that he “didn’t have time for this”. I calmly told him that he did have time for this, and that it was a simple request. He doubled down that he doesn’t need me telling him how to do his job. Very rude!
After finishing my order, another guest in the restaurant told me that he comes here often and that employee is always rude.
Gray mohawk, blue manager shirt. Not happy about this, will not be returning to this location.

The ladies behind the counter were amazing. I watched them deal with a very rude family. The staff was courteous and professional. That seemed to make the mother in the group more irate. The family proceeded to trash their table area before they left. Pure trash! The ladies handled it with grace. My son and I made sure to compliment them and keep them smiling.

Beautiful day for a frosty. The decorations were cute. The food was fast and delicious. Most importantly the service was great. The cashier was very pleasant and communicative. The manager was very friendly and polite. Thank you Christian and Randy.

We came during busy lunch hour and the place was packed with holiday travelers. despite this, our order was ready within 5 minutes and was hot and fresh. I would definitely stop at this location again!

This is about my fourth of fifth time dealing with this guy and yes he is always rude everytime so no it is just not a bad day he needs to change his job if he can not talk to customers politely and doesn’t have great customer service skills and once I get his name yes I will call corporate because I’m tired of dealing with his crap and no this is not my picture but this is whom I come in contact with everytime i come and never asked his name he has a bad vibe every time

Maaaaaannn!!! This damn Wendy’s never fails to deliver. Get food at 10:15pm and they close at 11. The burger is literally a picture perfect fast food burger, everything else was perfect as well. Had good experience at different times of day with this location. Order in reference store#3238. 40197 pickup win.

The dining room was closed at lunchtime on a Sunday. Both doors locked and no signs placed explaining why. The only option was to go through drive thru which was extremely slow. Used the app to order in advance as we were in a rush but instead had to spend 20+ minutes waiting in drive thru for food since it was already paid for. I would not visit this location again. Staff was also rude. When calling they picked up the phone and just said “hello”. No greeting. Clearly an understaffed location. Food was prepared well and order was correct and warm so two stars for that.

I stopped by this location about 12:45 yesterday (8/16). At the time the drive thru was a nightmare and inside you could see the frustration on customers faces as they waited for their food. HOWEVER, the Wendy’s team on this shift did an amazing job keeping their patience and powering through a difficult backup and deserves kudos.
They remained professional and customer focused. We initially expected our food would be cold but it was fresh and hot on pickup. And while mistakes were bound to happen with this backup, they corrected them and kept moving. Huge kudos to them, excellent teamwork and the gent on the front line kept it together!
I wouldn’t normally write such a long post for a franchise location because service is ‘normalized’ but this location……5 star service!!!! Thank you!!!!

This might have been the worst fast food experience i’ve ever had. Went to order food inside and couldn’t get any service at the register for over 5 minutes, then when the cashier finally came to the register he showed the worst example of customer service. I asked him how he was doing and he had nothing to say so i proceeded to take my order and he put that in but he said nothing the entire time except mumble a few words with a nasty stare. After the fact my food came out quick but an item i order got mixed with another and then he also forgot to bag a whole different item leaving me missing something in my over 30 dollar order. Definitely do not go here, the worst wendy’s ever. Literally any other fast food restaurant could do better regardless the time and location.

Placed and paid for mobile order only to arrive to dining room closed and forced to sit in drive-thru for twenty minutes to wait for my order that can’t be cancelled. Mobile app gave me the option for drive-thru, dine in or carry out. Do better Wendy’s.
