Very frustrating. Every item was incorrect on our order, including ordering chili in app and finding out they are out of chili. Excuse me, but how in the world can Wendy’s run out of chili? What’s next, running out of burgers? Dining room was disgusting, no one speaks english (which explains why they get every order wrong), the manager offered no apologies or concessions when I shared this with her, no one at that store clearly cares if they stay in business or not. I will be voting with my dollars as they won’t get any more. Chik-fil-a will get it, and this place could get good lessons from them, good training and customer service counts.

Went thru drive thru and order completely wrong. Taco salad with no sour cream and asked for extra sour cream. Had to ask for the correct drinks. Had to ask for the large chili I ordered and had to ask for the large fries that I ordered. How hard is it to get a #4 with large

The staff is courteous and very efficient. A clean and well lit fast food restaurant. Located on the same side of the street as a Walmart Neighborhood store, very convenient for a quick bite of a tasty variety of food and drinks.

My last two trips to this Wendy’s have been nice. The food was fresh. The only complaint is the length of time getting through the drive-thru. Also, I tried to order online at this location, but it was either down or they don’t offer that service yet.
