Management was rude the pizza wasn’t right I order the pretzel crust and when I got it and noticed it was wrong I went on and was told that we paid extra for the “salt”, I decided to order the same thing from a different location and when I got it I got exactly what was being advertised, I’m extremely upset and the location I will not be returning. Rude management and false advertising. The one on the left is the first one order the one on the right is the one from the other location

Let’s be Honest
Seemed very slow when I arrived. Once I got in, I was ignored. I was able to order and had to wait 30 mins for my order. When I got home, the pizza was under cooked along with my crazy bread. Very disappointed after spending 33$ dollars on food.

While I was waiting, the guy working with glasses gave a women FREE pizza, wings and crazy bread. Was very unprofessional, especially when he had other customers waiting well before her.

Had a decently large order for my daughter’s birthday. Was treated great. A guest in front of me tried offering cash for some of my pizzas that were pre-ordered. Cashier politely informed the other guest the pizzas were paid for and she could return in 30 min for her full order. Integrity! Thank you sir I did not catch your name.

First impression walking in very dirty store. Windows pick up box every single glass in this establishment very dirty. Didn’t get helped fit like 5 minutes so I had plenty of time to watch them make the orders. The guy preparing the pizzas was using bare hands. And taking intervals between scratching his nose. So when the kid finally comes up to counter I tell him I’m here for pick up and asked him preparation policies and standards and asked why the guy was bare handed rubbing his nose then making the pizzas. He said so! Our policy is to only wash hands not wear gloves. So I asked why is he not washing hands if he’s scratching his nose? He said okay! Like in annoyance. I will not ever visit this location again. And btw the kid said he was also the manager and showed no care at all. Yuck .

I recently stopped by the Montano location to try the Detroit Style Slices N Stick, but was told by an employee that the promotion had ended two months ago. I found this surprising, given that I had seen a commercial for it just hours earlier. I pointed out the menu board and poster, which were still prominently displayed, and the employee admitted that they hadn’t taken them down yet, which struck me as an unbelievable oversight and reflective of lazy service.

I ordered two pizzas. One of them being half cheese, half pepperoni. And the other one being cheese, crazy bread, stuffed crust. When I went to go pick up the order and got home one of the pizzas was not as stuffed crust and both breads that I received were raw. So raw to the point that it tasted like dough and I had to cook it again. When I decided to call back to try to rectify this issue because it was late at night the previous day, the manager was unwilling to resolve this issue and proceeded to ask me “what do you want to do about it” I understand if you hate your job, but if you cannot provide quality customer service for an issue that you guys have then don’t work there. It is not my fault that you have other people calling stating that they have wrong orders and getting free food. It looks like that’s an issue for corporate to start resolving. Below I have attached my receipt for the order and when it was received. Do a better job.

I called in for a pretzel crust cheese pizza, this is what I got. A normal hot an ready that was old and some salt sprinkled on the crust. Come on yall, do better.

Stopped to get some pizzas for a bunch of guys, fairly large order. The guy at the counter told me 40 minutes which was perfectly fine, but when I walked back into the store 20 minutes later, they were all ready and fresh. Hard working people at this location and we’ll made pizzas!

I order online because I always do.. I only had $40 in my backing account.. Due to not watching the news I had my order cancelled when I got there.. What sucks is I have a 11 year old daughter that’s hungry and I didn’t know you couldn’t order online due to the damn Super Bowl Now I’m short $26 bucks till tomorrow and no food today because now I’m short on money
