Every morning I get breakfast it has been messed up! I even make a point to open my bag and make sure I have the correct amount of items. In addition the manage handed me my bag so I thought there’s no way this is messed up…

26FEB.2025 First time here and will be my last time. I asked for fresh meat for my sandwich and no cheese and the guy cashier (2pm ish today)stated that the burger patty’s were freshly cooked. NOT, my burger was dry and it had cheese on it. Some of the beans in my chili were uncooked. First time I ever had any uncooked beans in my chili. Now you know better, so do better.

Assuming the blue shirt older man was the manager working beside a young lady with a baby bump. No customer service. Had 2 dashers waiting for an order and no other customers. Didn’t bother to ask anyone what they were waiting for. Manager walked around to put 2nd order dasher was waiting on bs handing to customer. Then my order attempted the same thing when I said that’s my order. I told him all he has to do is speak to people it saves steps. He was mouthy, when I asked for his name he ignored me and the young lady said they didn’t have to give that information. It’s not that hard to speak to people.

I ate in with my son around 5:30pm, and we were the only people in the restaurant. We waited 15 minutes for a single child’s hamburger. Our other food sat and got cold while waiting for the burger. Multiple people asked the cook several times for the burger but he chose to ignore them apparently until they had asked about six times during the 15 minutes. The grilled chicken wrap had rock hard, spoiled pieces of chicken in it that had clearly sat out until drying out. I started feeling sick shortly after eating it. I will not be back!

I will be calling corporate later today. Arrived at 10:30 pm Tuesday. I was told to pull up to wait for my order. I guess they do that to decrease drive thru time. There were already 2 cars pulled ahead of me I guess also waiting on food. The three employees I encountered were all having a great time at the window just laughing and carrying on.
Waited 6 minutes for the food only to find out the fries were cold. Had to wait for hot fries while the sandwiches cooled off. One of the drink cups was leaking all over my wife’s car. When I asked for a replacement, they made me feel as if this was an inconvenience. The little girl that bought out the fries almost slapped the bag on my hand and then told me, I don’t have to snatch the bag. Of course that ruffled my feathers. I still can’t understand why she felt that I had to know she was a bisexual and she don’t put up with “ I really don’t know what she mumbled”. This became an argument and words were then thrown around. Never again. Never again.

I order from door dash and three drivers went to get the order and Wendy’s said they didn’t have in the system. I don’t believe that. I don’t think they wanted to make food cause I have been there around midnight all the employees are more worried about messing around with friends that come and hang out there or family that hang out then doing their job.. I will never eat at the Wendy’s on berryville ave ever again.. they need to get staff that want to do their job.. and not just work for a paycheck…

I seldom eat breakfast at Wendy’s, I absolutely love their hamburgers but the breakfast sandwich..a McMuffin knock off totally missed the mark. It was dry and whatever the sausage was flavored with wasn’t something that I will do again. In fact I threw away the sandwich. So why three stars, it was clean, the people were great and my ignorance of the menu should not be the benchmark.

We stopped at the Wendy’s on Berryville Ave. I ordered 3 taco salads and drinks. I don’t know what they consider a taco salad, but what you get is not a taco salad. You get a salad with a cup of Chile, bag of tortilla chips, a condiment of sour cream and a small container of salsa. I would never recommend a Wendy’s taco salad.
The floors in this Wendy’s felt like they had grease spread all over the floors. It was not safe to walk on. My wife, daughter and I had to take real small steps to keep from sliding and falling. I would not recommend an elderly person step foot in that Wendy’s.
I would not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.

Took forever to order inside and there was no one ahead of us. The guy kept going back and forth. Ordering one thing, making it, and then back to us. Took about 15 to just complete the order and pay.
With that all the foods were at random Temps and nothing hot. Burger was slop and the frostys were soupy.
Tables were sticky and gross so no shock there.
