Go on a random Thursday and you can be surprised by almost losing teeth on twice fried French fries that are burnt and hard as rocks. Best part is you get to wait for 20 minutes at the drive through to be served those delicacies.

It was a good dining experience at this Wendy’s location. The only issue was that they failed to put mustard on my burger as requested. My cheeseburger and fries were very good. The service was polite and my order was prepared pretty quickly. The dining area was fairly clean, but could be better. Overall, a really good experience! I recommend this location.

After placing a mobile order, I went through the drive-thru to pick it up. The employee was unwelcoming, did not greet me at the speaker or window, and told me to pull forward and wait.
When my food was brought out, it was the wrong order. I went inside to have it corrected, while several employees saw me at the counter and did not acknowledge me. When I was finally helped, I was directed back to the same employee, who appeared frustrated by the mistake and responded rudely before getting and handing me my order.
Even then, my order was still missing items. At that point, I chose not to return again.
While the food is usually fine, this experience felt unwelcoming and poorly handled from start to finish. The lack of courtesy and repeated order issues are not what I would expect from Wendy’s or even a fast-food restaurant.

Just ridiculous the endless stuff at this store!!!! From consistent wrong orders, fixing these orders with no gloves or hair nets, not too mention clear visible skin rashes or bed bug bites and the arms of these employees and managers eating fries out of customers bags and the fry pan with no gloves like it’s ok witnessed by my daughter and I and now the pointless QR scan for rewards on your app not being honored because I didn’t explain what the QR scan code was for for them to manually put it in explained to my after I made my purchase which now I have to wait 2-3 business days to be refunded to my account. The pictures below is the gentleman with the rash or bites on his arm all up and down his arm and the African American with glasses and short Afro cut woman thats a manager (standing with her back turned) who likes to eat fries from customers bags and the fry pan which was the food of customers I door dashed to. Also pictures of my purchase tonight which is the same woman who messed up my baconator order a few weeks ago only to get home and learn I was given a disgusting mushroom burger. TRUST ME THIS IS MY LAST TIME COMING THERE AND I HOPE THISE READING THIS MAKE THE SAME DECISION. I shouldn’t have waited this long but I like Wendy’s and don’t want to drive to rt. 3 to get it and hey I try to give yall a chance but you all fail every time!!!!!

I ordered a Bacon Baconator meal. I noticed no bacon sticking out so I opened the bun and noticed my serving of one strip of bacon cut in 3 tiny pieces.
I went and asked the manager if this is normal or on the skimpy side. They said that’s what corporate dictates and they can’t and won’t do anything about it. I said I wanted to make sure they’re not willing to make it right before I leave a review. Nonetheless, here’s the review. Not coming back to a Wendy’s again.

The customer service was poor on this occasion. While ordering through the drive thru, a Caucasian woman with red lipstick was not friendly AT ALL. I frequently this one occasionally and won’t return. I hate bad customer service. And the food was fresh, so that overshadowed my experience.

It took forever for someone to take my order. It seems they were concerned about the drive thru not the lobby. When she came to take my order she couldn’t answer any questions. She directed me to plastic cards on the counter because 80% of the menu was not posted on the menu board. The worst salad ever. Chicken must have microwaved for 2 minutes. I couldn’t stab it with the plastic fork. Apples were brown and mushy. Lettuce was on the verge. I would have returned but we were on I-95 by then. I dumped the entire salad at our next stop. One of the most poorly managed Wendy’s I’ve even been in. Came in and there were very few people the dining area and a full staff behind the counter, with a few people standing around doing very little. Despite this, it took 20 minutes to get our food. Ketchup was out. Over half the drinks were out. Just a mess overall.
