OUTSTANDING CATERING SERVICE!!!!!!!! I needed to have 30 meals delivered to a lacrosse team at Lakewood Ranch High School. This was the second Chick-Fil-A I called because I thought another was closer to the school. ( We were a visiting school from Tampa.) That other location was HORRIBLE – I can’t believe I had such a drastically different experience and that was just in the ordering stage. I worked with JENNIFER at this restaurant and she was WONDERFUL to deal with. What I ordered is not a typical boxed meal but she was able to think outside the box (unlike the other store!) and made the ordering process seamless. MOLLY was right on time with the delivery and the boxed meals were hot and well-received by the boys after a hard-fought game. Not only was it an easy process, on-time and correct, but they even included a thank you note and 2 gift-cards for a free sandwich. Best Chick-Fil-A experience ever. This restaurant’s operator should be so proud of Jennifer to think outside the box and make this volunteer mom and hungry boys happy. Jennifer is an asset to your team and Molly was helpful with the delivery and her willingness to help us should we have any additional needs. I’m very disappointed with this worker member Clarisah. Im usually buy my lunch for a day before. So, I went this morning to asking her for one 1️⃣ apple cider vinegar and she asking me what is my number order? For last night .I told her that I don’t know! Bc I’m never look for the number. She starts saying that I had to pay for the dressing, which I don’t know that you have to pay a dressing for a salad. When I told her that they gave me the wrong person last night. After she embarrassed me on front of the customers, she said take it which I don’t want anymore because the way that she say it, it’s not right. Here is the Proof of the wrong dressing.

I went there to grab my 9 month pregnant wife breakfast at 9:30 this morning. Picked up and drove back home and to my surprise they charged me for 2 of the chicken minis I ordered, but only gave me one. What makes it worse is it wasn’t even busy.

I ordered two large Mac n cheese’s and they gave me two small Mac n cheese’s in large containers. Very disappointing. AND my friend ordered a large Mac n cheese with a chicken wrap. She never got it and was not reimbursed instead, was given a free small Mac n cheese coupon that expires. It’s very disappointing especially because it’s $8 and things are very expensive right now.

My mother had under cooked chicken that took over 10 mins to come out (for the whole order that was only the two of us I had a salad) then when they gave her the order marker for the table to get her new actual cooked chicken one of the girls took the maker before we got her new chicken and she didn’t let us talk before taking it (I guess she thought we had our whole order already) but she just took it and ignored us when we tried to tell her we are waiting for a new order. Then after another 10 mins another girl came out with new chicken and was looking around and we waited to see where she was going and then she when to the BACK but because the marker was taken from us she didn’t know if it was for us. So we had to get up a whole bunch of times to get the new chicken and i never mind that but I reported it and travis BIGGES that owns that store only gave her a free side. CHICK FIL A stop acting like you are the better chicken joint when you’re just the same as the others. I am from PA and the one that I am for your employees are RUDE so stop acting like you’re the best when you’re NOT.

Don’t be scared of the lines, you get through in no time! The staff here is so helpful, I don’t think they have ever screwed up my order and the quality, price and taste remain consistent. I usually order on the app and pick up in the drive thru. I love using my rewards. My fav is the chicken nuggets, chicken soup, sun joy and southwestern salad! The dining area has a play area for kids and is very clean.

The location is excellent. Although it can be busy, the food maintains its quality and the drive-thru service is prompt. The staff consistently demonstrates friendliness and efficiency. This establishment is notable for accurately fulfilling orders and consistently including necessary items such as straws and utensils. While the parking lot may be a bit compact, it is preferable to the SR70 location.

Most of the time Chick-fil-a does not disappoint me, however, today I order my food for curbside pick up and when I got it and made it to my office, I was missing a straw for my drink and two sauce for my chicken tenders. Every time I order from Chick-fil-a, my order is right. That’s why I didn’t Check it as soon as I got it. I usually order from Chick-fil-A on Manatee Avenue and this time I ordered from the one on university Parkway by the UTC. I know it’s a franchise and each store might have different owners, but the standards should be all the same
