I’ve always liked this Wendy’s never had a problem. But today I asked for a tangerine twist lemonade. After being handed the wrong drink (it was yellow) and asking for my money back they refused and handed me this. Most definitely the dumbest store run by the dumbest people it’s not that hard to tell me y’all don’t have it. Don’t hand me a Hi C when I asked for one of special lemonades y’all have out there on the drive through menu.

Great service. Polite, and professional at the register. Food came out quickly and was hot too. Finished up my meal, and grabbed a Chocolate Frosty… so good. Counter seating with multiple charger spots and plug in spots too

This post is for the Wendy’s located at 5000 Buckeystown Pike in Frederick. I believe the Flynn Group owns this store. I have been trying to contact the supervisor for this Wendy’s location and the number the manger (Becky) provided no one answers and the messages are full. I went thru the drive through on October 25 around 1:30. Initially I thought the store was closed because the parking lot was empty and no one was in the drive through. Normally I would have not stopped and ordered from Wendy’s but my son wanted a frosty. We ordered 2 meals (2 #1’s, single burger meals) totaling about $25 and requested 2 ranch dips. Pulled over the dip wasn’t in the bag, so my son went in and asked for the ranch dips. He was told he had to pay for them. So I then went in thinking there was a mistake, nope!, said I had to pay for the dip. I explained I just paid $23.09 for 2 meals, one of which I requested just ketchup on. So should I have received a credit for the lack of lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and mayo that was not on the one burger. Wendy’s sales have been way down, you think retaining customers would be their top priority. We usually would have gone to chick fil A, who I might add always, always provides their customers with ranch dip upon request and hands it over with a courteous smile. We will not be back.

Good experience at this location. Food was prepared quickly and correctly. Polite staff, helpful when we asked for extra sauces. The inside was clean with a bunch of different seating options, plus some picnic tables outside.
And they have a Coke Freestyle machine so there is a whole world of soda possibilities for you here!

This would have been a five star review if the girl with the ponytail and glasses not have me sitting in the drive-through waiting for decaf coffee for 20 minutes. when I went inside no customers were in there. The staff was just waiting to do orders and my coffee was just sitting there.

It’s sad how Wendy’s has gone down in quality and service over the years. Our food was inedible and staff was super rude. Baked potato was like rubber. The chicken in our sandwich tasted old and was hard to chew. We got drive-thru, and by the time we actually opened the food, it was too late to go back and ask for a refund. This is one of many bad experiences I’ve had with numerous Wendy’s locations. Safe to say, I won’t be going back. Prices are also getting out of hand. You might as well go to Five Guys down the block and get a real burger and fries for the same price.

I used to go to this Wendy’s a lot, but now it’s here and there. Today I came by and the manager was so disrespectful to me and my friend while we were paying in the drive-through. She messed up my friend’s drink, gave us cold food, and didn’t give us the sauce that we asked for and had an attitude with us because we ordered more than one order. After we drove back to get the sauce, she completely had an attitude with me, rolling her eyes, and talking about me to her staff in Spanish, even though I am Hispanic. I don’t think that she realized that I am Hispanic too and understood her disrespectful remarks regarding my appearance. I am not sure if this is the type of image that Wendy’s allows, but if the intention is to make everyone feel welcome, they may want to do some research. Our food was already barely warm when it was passed to us. I asked one of the kitchen staff members in Spanish to pass me sauce because by this time, the manager was already being unprofessional and was too worried about making comments on my appearance, then ensuring that I had the sauce.
Hopefully, she learns that all Hispanics do not look like her and that it’s disrespectful to make comments like the ones that she made.
