It’s too bad they’re closed now it was a very convenient, easy to get to and close by location. Especially in comparison to the difficulties and hazards associated with getting in and out of the one on West Street. This one is attached to a well made and safe traffic signal. They were always understaffed so often service is slow but that’s not really their fault. In comparison to the other Wendy’s the wait is actually shorter because there’s way more people going to the other one with long lines, but service per person elsewhere is on average way faster than the one here. Like some other people say sometimes the amount of salt on the fries isn’t perfect but I don’t mind it. People there are always very nice and usually work hard, and people need to understand often there’s literally only one, maybe two people running the whole place. Pre-covid this Wendy’s had a few more workers and was better but I don’t think they were ever able to restaff enough people to bring it back to life. Hopefully it does reopen but who knows.

I sat in the drive-through line for the Wendy’s on West St for nearly 15 minutes. In that time frame I only move forward just a little bit because two cars ahead of me pulled out of the drive-through line who had been waiting just as long. After sitting still for that 15 minutes I pulled out of the drive through line only to have another car follow me. That’s for cars in total that ended up leaving because there was no movement in the drive-through line. I drove over to the Wendy’s on Defense Highway and my order was taken and received in about five minutes. Not to mention it was made correctly and the staff was friendly. I had a coupon for buy one get one free chicken sandwich. Missy, an employee at the Defense Highway Wendy’s, told me to keep my coupon and use it for another time since the current promotional deal they had going on gave me a cheaper price. Now that’s good customer service, and will have me come back to the Wendy’s again on Defense Highway. Thank you Missy!

DO NOT COME HERE. If I want Wendy’s on my lunch break I will drive to the next closest location even though I work within walking distance from this one. Every time I’ve come here I spend my entire 30 min meal break in the drive through waiting for my food and sometimes that long just to order because the dinning room closes whenever they feel like. The food and the French fries are always cold by the time it gets to you too. >:( Wish Google had a zero star option I would have used that.

Sad to know and find out this newer built Wendy’s on Defense highway is closing the end of the month. It’s in a great area where its convenient for workers around there as well. The drive thru could’ve been wider

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes paid 12$ for a #2 meal get to window for pickup then they ask what I ordered another 10 minutes to prepare the bag fries are cold little pieces burger was smothered in ketchup all over the bun ,,good thing was soda was correct,,worst service I’ve ever had at a wendy’s,,needs major attention!!!!

We have tried this Wendy’s three times and the staff is never present, to the point we had to leave. Tonight we drove by a staff member was sitting with her headset on while we waited at the window. I’m not asking for gourmet level service by any means, it’s just disheartening.

Our experience this time wasn’t that great. I do believe they were short on staff but the woman taking orders wasn’t pleasant at all, nor told us give her a minute so she can handle her business. She then got rude but then was nicer at the window. The sandwich my bf got was not fresh when he asked for spicy and they didn’t have any so the said they had fresh classic chicken, so he got that and it was nasty. I’m afraid to eat my salad. Times are getting harder and our money can’t be wasted on fast food that’s not fresh. Please help these people who ever you are!

This Wendy’s always seems to have a really long drive thru line, but this last time was ridiculous, because they had the lobby closed. Normally I just wouldn’t go, but I already placed an order online to be picked up in the lobby (which the app said was open). They prepared my food ASAP as I asked (thinking I could grab it in the lobby), but since the drive thru line took at least 20 mins to get through it ended up being cold and soggy. They should’ve waited till I reported my arrival at the drive through. They got two stars, because every once and a while the service is great and the food is great.

Went there at 9 pm on Friday and was close then tried again on Saturday at 6:25 pm closed again. Website says open til midnight. Wouldn’t let me post without selecting at least 1 star that isn’t deserved
