All of their countertops were filthy. The countertop for condiments was empty. The bathrooms were disgusting. It’s a small location, but very busy. This location is understaffed.
Just ask them to make your fries cooked to order.

The drive through service was extremely slow and I was the only person there. It was about 5pm on a Saturday evening. I stayed because my sister really wanted it however never again. It was about 20 minutes total with no communication until I said, hello?!. The food was ok for my sister. There was no ambiance.

SERVICE WAS REALLY GOID and ZPLEASANT. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS MADE FRESH. NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WHETHER I EAT IN OR DO THE DRIVE THRU. MY ONLY HRIPES WITH THIS LOCATION, THE DINJNG AREA ISN’T THE CLEANEST and THE DRIVE THRU & PARKING AREAS ARE TIGHT! BE CAREFUL BACKING OUT OF SPOTS OR PULLING INTO THE DRIVE THRU.

Went inside to order. Food took a long time to prepare (over 10 minutes) and it wasn’t busy . There was only 1 customer ahead of us (Door Dash). The more experienced team members seemed to be more focused on the drive thru. I fault the management team and not the teenage cashier.

This is quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant to ever exist. The service here is the worst in this state each time I go in person. The laziest group of staff I have ever seen, the kind delivery person even agreed that they have the worst service. I could excuse one or two things wrong with an order however when they forget one entire meal out of a two meal order and make the second completely incorrect that truly speaks for the staff involved. I greatly recommend you spend your money quite literally anywhere else. Money spends anywhere and I suggest it’s not at this Wendy’s.

100% the undisputed worst fast food establishment you’ll find this side of the Great Mississippi River and beyond. They’ve earned that title over years of consistently choosing to either not be open when they should be (or, ridiculously, not have a headset on until you call them after sitting in the drive-thru for as long as you can be polite).
Choose to have food from here delivered at your own risk. If I’m being generous, they will mess up your order at only a 50% rate. If paying a DoorDash fee and it’s socially acceptable for you to tip people, only to get “surprised” by things you didn’t order or request an item to hold, or add an ingredient considered a suggestion, then enjoy wasting your money.
Do yourself a solid and head down Joppa Rd for about 2 miles, and go to the one not committed to substandard service. I can only assume they aren’t owned by the same franchisee.
That said, this establishment has never failed to produce a frosty due to mechanical failure, so there’s that going for them ♂️

Just had a very sorry breakfast at this Wendy’s. Never coming back. Got a bacon egg and cheese with no bacon and rubbery eggs that have been under a light all morning. Got a u sweet tea to drink which was terribly watered down from the night before, it was slinky so that’s how I know. Stay away from this Wendy’s. Please go out of business

OK, decided to go here to eat dinner with my kids today open up my bag and this was in it. What type of napkins is these smh I guess they just putting anything in the bags now for napkins look like a child drew on a napkin. I guess next is gonna be toilet paper for the napkins in the bag. God knows where these people get these napkins from that they put in my bag could’ve bought them from their house anyway this is not no Wendy’s napkins. Basically they put this in my food where I have to eat my food. This is so nasty don’t know where these napkins came from.

DONT GET CHEESE FRIES !!!! I asked for cheese fries and they gave me what I asked for but tried to give me raw cheese on top of melted cheese . they made me a new one I said thank you but no you’re welcome or anything. 2nd time i’ve gotten cheese fries like this and the first time none of it was melted it was just raw cheese on top of fries.
