I didn’t want to do this review but I felt like I had too. I drive for DoorDash and I picked up a customer’s order Sunday morning 09/21 and it was a Brown skin girl in the drive through wore glasses, kind of heavy set up top. Small at the bottom.n Very nasty and rude. She made me late on my order. Because it was trash and debris in the drive through and I was trying to explain to her and she slammed the door in my face. And told me to drive around and shoo me with her hand… I drove around and she made me wait additional 10 minutes because she didn’t want to give me the food.
that was so ugly and mean of her.. But I kept my composure.
And I continued on with my day. The moral of, the story is treat people as you want to be treated yourself..I explain to the customer and they understood…Now am a gold member with doordash…Doesn’t cost you anything to be nice to someone.. If you’re having a good morning don’t let Wendy’s ruin it…Too everyone have a bless day

This has to be the worst Wendy’s in Baltimore. Every single time I go there, it sucks. The only thing good was the tenders were cooked fresh, but the person at the window didn’t even know what “Tendys” were, and I think it’s your most prominent featured item right now, and they didn’t even know what it was. Then after waiting 10 minutes, they sent the food out with the security guard. Just terrible.

First off we don’t even do fast food but when we do get a lil urge then we want it to be good. No salads, no chocolate Frosty’s, no ketchup. Need I say more . It was so bad my sister asked the cashier, “were they going out of business.” It’s a BIG NO for us.

Management is rude as hell. Took over 20 minutes to make a burger and the burger was cold and had a hair. Had to go back and forth for 10 minutes for them to make it again. Idc if I’m starving I’m never coming here again

The employees working yesterday (10/18/25) had an attitude and didn’t listen.
TLDR: She accused me of trying to steal my OWN food that i paid for.
I ordered on the app and showed them when i got there and the girl was like “what’s the name?” showing she wasn’t paying attention and was acting dumb, on their screen they show it as initials not the full name so clearly if i’m saying the ENTIRE NAME and the confirmation on the Wendy’s app that it’s my food. The manager yesterday was being friendly though.

I’m about to stop coming to this one. I don’t care how close it is to my job, I’ll drive to one farther. The employees act like they’re pissed off all the time, and or hate their job. Don’t get me wrong, I completely understand if you hate your job, I definitely hate mine, but don’t take it out on the customers who ain’t do nothing wrong and just tryna make an order………sheesh…….

Clean, fast service. I recommend going through the drive through since they seem to pay more attention to the customers in their cars. The bathrooms are for paying customers only, and there is usually a police officer inside so it’s safe too. Ask them to drop your burger patties, fries or chicken fresh 🙂
