Horrible experience! I took two bites of my burger only to see up close in my sandwich what I touched, thinking was a piece of blackened bacon but turned out to be a “BIG dead FLY!! See posted pic! Almost threw up! “Pretzel pub burger. Overall this location seems to have a lot of issues. My last visit will be the last time at this facility… also expecting them to receive a visit from CCMD state Department of Health Inspections.

Awful experience, second time in a row. Left before ordering this time, so much for second chances. I went in mid afternoon, not a peak time. Stood at the counter for 8 minutes, no one wanted to take an order. 4 or 5 people in the drive thru filling orders, one person walking by the counter over and over, never asked us (multiple people in line behind me) to hold on or anything. No worries, this was my last trip anyway.

Charged my card for someone else’s meal after telling me the payment for my meal didn’t go through. Credit Card company won’t halt the payment so this Wendy’s will no longer get my business. Good luck, and always get your receipt.

Slowest fast food in Westminster. Under no circumstances should you dine-in if you’re on a schedule. Still waiting for my food after 15 minutes. Door Dash seems to have priority over customers in the restaurant.
