Absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The girl at the drive-thru window was extremely rude. I ordered their new hot honey chicken sandwich and this is what they gave me. Then the girl just stared at me when I asked for my chili I ordered. I didn’t even bother to go back.

Absolutely my last time coming here. I’ve gone back a few times to try and give them another chance, and this was the last strike. Terrible customer service, long wait times (even if the only one in line), and they ALWAYS mess an order up. Been coming to this location over 10 years. It’s never been as bad as it has been the past few months. Seems like the quality of ingredients are slowly declining as well. I don’t know what’s been up with this location, but I’m not wasting anymore of my money here.

The staff is so Unprofessional, rude & ghetto. You can definitely tell they could careless about the customers and are Only there for a paycheck. Perhaps they should have someone from Corporate act like a customer and see how terrible the service is. Training is an understatement for this location. The fries always look old & over cooked and they definitely need to change the grease. I will never spend another cent here.

Totally loved my first visit to this Wendy’s. I ordered a triple, with XTRA Mayo, XTRA Onion, XTRA ketchup, lettuce and tomato and it was prepared perfectly. I also ordered a Large Chili. All staff were masked, and the order was prepared right, no questions asked. Change was exact. Rarely say this about fast good, but totally professional and spot on. Well done mates.

This was the WORST fast food restaurant I have ever visited. Went on Friday night(April 1) and thought it was a joke. When the guy came on the speaker for the drive thru all you could hear was people laughing, talking and cussing in the background. He couldn’t focus on taking our order due to the noise in the back. We asked him a question and he never responded just kept asking what type of drink. Asked him the same question a second time and he seemed to have an attitude. We kept repeating our order, he couldn’t get it right. After all of that we decided to not trust them with our food. We finally canceled everything and drove off. I know good help is hard to find but terrible help is not a good substitute. We will never visit this place again. Go someplace else.

Slow service, and I had an awful customer service experience. The workers act as if doing asking something small like a extra sauce is a big task. On top of that got the order all wrong. This is usually the night crew. It may be better at other times of the day.

They took forever and made us wait for our drive through order in a parking space. Part of the order was missing (the chili) and we found a hair in the fries which were cold when we got them. Chicken patty looked almost burnt like one of the other posters here. READ THE REVIEWS. You will get hair in your food if you even get it all, and they don’t care. We will never go back to this location.
