If I could give zero stars I would. We waited 10 mins at the speaker, 10 mins at the window for our food, no ice in our drinks I know things happen but they could have at least mentioned it, fries were cold- crazy for the amount of time we had to wait, wrong sauce, absolutely not fresh food for as long as we had to wait. Also no apology for the wait. Even smiled and thanked the girl at the window and she shut it. I guess the manager was too worried about her friend in the car behind us. AVIOD THIS WENDYYS!!!!!

Wendy’s Pulaski Hwy (Route 40) Edgewood, MD.
The food was ordered through the drive thru lane. The female employee on the other end was very helpful while I was ordering our food. The “New” chicken tenders were delicious and full in size.
The biggie bag ordered was delicious & filling. It had 4 nuggets and a Junior bacon cheeseburger.
Also, the 6 piece chicken nuggets were very tasty. All of the food remained hot until we got home including the french fries. The French fries were soooo good. We ordered 2 chocolate frosty’s that were very good even on a cold and windy day. Keep up the great work!

First off the cracked out lady that took our order was nice but holy cow she couldn’t sit still while taking our order. Secondly they forgot my kids happy meal toy so I had one sad kid. Third the fries had zero salt and nuggets were gross. And last but certainly not least the place reeked of weed and all the employees chillin in the lobby and outside like they don’t have a care in the world. One employee had her daughter in the lobby (I get it we can’t all get childcare) just seemed very disorganized

I ordered coffee this morning and two biscuits. First when someone gets coffee and you see the person is driving and they asked for coffee cream and sugar why put it in the bag and give them black coffee ? It should’ve been made with extra’s in the bag. I could’ve kept my 1.29 it served no purpose I had to get to work , couldn’t drink it !
Lastly , the biscuits weren’t fresh they were old and warmed back up. Poor service !

This is seriously, the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Every single time I come something is messed up. Last time I asked for a plain hamburger they put cheese. Today I purchased 6 bbq saucy nuggets. Saucy where??? There’s dang near no sauce on them.

I have been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for a mobile order only for this girl with glasses walking around pretending that she is working only for her to realize that she has to make my nuggets. She is on the phone earpiece just jabbing away making a 3 minute order take 25 minutes

Girl at the drive through was kind of rude. I was concerned about the food because it took so long and she just left us sitting there and didn’t say anything. I was right to be concerned. My bf got sick from the burger he ate. It was all he had all day and that night he got sick. Will not eat there again.
