The only thing I like about Wendy’s verses say McDonald’s is the food is not just always sitting in warmers ready to go….they are more of a cook as they go it seems like to minimalist waste…so where it seems like your waiting on food it’s always hot and I like the burger rolls here better….so service is slow dont expect to come in order and leave… dineing area stays pretty clean and stocked you just feel since there remodel your eating cafeteria style now…each chain in fast food has something that draws people…Wendy’s has the baked potatoes and chili and frostys….they are unique in there own way and people have tried to copy there biggie bag which is great for family’s with multiple kids and need a more budget friendly option

Unfortunately I did not get her name, I believe she was a manager and she has blond braids. Amazing customer service, I was waiting for an order that was a tad bit delayed and she made sure I was handled the entire wait. It’s rare to come across genuinely good service and I was more than satisfied. The staff for this shift was also extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you all!

First of all we love Wendy’s food but idc what Wendy’s we go to the food is always cold. Maybe the slightest bit warm on a couple occasions but cheese never melted still whole formed cheese slice on the burgers. we can at 9:45 they apparently close at 12:00 am. No one came to the speaker at the drive thru after 5 min so we pulled around which they said they were having head set issues. Mind you it’s storming out and wind blowing like crazy. They had the breakfast menu up on display which someone had obviously turned around already. So we pulled up and asked them to see the dinner menu which they came out to change it back around. Come to window to place our order they were apparently out of potatoes. Or I guess I could say like the manager they just didn’t want to make anymore. Placed order handed them the phone to use wallet pay on phone it didn’t go thru. Did it again same thing. He called his lovely lady manager over and she comes to the window saying it isn’t taking it I said what does that mean. She said either it’s not reading the card or more than likely you have no money. Like forreal. First of all. Poor choice of words. Literally just checked the funds before coming there. Plenty of money so that comment was very unprofessional and rude to begin with. I handed her the card for the same account that we were using in the wallet and went thru. Leave get half way home realize no fries but we got the cheese sauce we paid extra for the fries for. Called 4 times after getting home no answer at the store at 10:30. It’s a shame because there’s not many Wendy s around the area and to deal with ignorance and people shutting down the business 2 hours early for things obviously isn’t a great experience for customers.

No food received manager had a nasty attitude . I pulled up to drive thru for my order I placed online. They said they didn’t receive it asked me to come in so they could make my order and get things right. I got my baby out walked in only to receive attitude and poor customer service she was not nice whatsoever we asked for her name she refused to give me it.

No wonder Wendy’s is shutting down locations. The service here is horrible. You are guaranteed to sit at the drive thru speaker for 5+ minutes before they take your order… even if you are the only person in the drive thru. And the you wait an additional 5-10 minutes for your food. Slow doesn’t even describe the service.

The manager at this location decided to explain to us that breakfast wouldn’t be available much longer, then proceeded to avoid us at all costs. Then, still before the STRICT breakfast cutoff time, we were told, “we don’t have eggs”, to which I responded asking if they could prepare them. Then, the manager simply walked away and refused to serve us. The manager was doing whatever she could to avoid taking our order. She was standing in doing other jobs that were clearly being done by line cooks and other employees. Whatever it took to avoid a paying customer. We decided to get breakfast at McDonald’s, although we WERE excited to get it from Wendy’s. I feel that it’s important to note that Wendy’s wasn’t even busy. McDonald’s was PACKED and had even less time now that we could get breakfast. And still, we did. Customer service at Wendy’s would get a 0 if it was possible.

Pulled up at 1:30 PM on a Tuesday. Two people in front of me at the drive-through. We were not moving. I could hear the guy at the drive-through intercom yelling “hello hello”. We decided to pull up to the window in hopes of speaking with someone. Nobody showed up at window one, nobody showed up at window two. Everybody in the drive-through line decided to leave. I decided to go in to see what was going on. Some old lady with a headset was at the front counter and I told her what happened. She claims she didn’t hear anything and that “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” Told another employee I was there to pick up a mobile order. He said it isn’t even in the system. I don’t know WHAT is going on with this place. But I doubt it will be around this time next year.

Burgers always look like they were cooked yesterday. Cooked to the point of crispy edges, dry and tasteless. Baked potatoes also way over. I’ve given this location more than a couple chances, but it’s consistently terrible. I’m done.

Awful service times. After you order they do the “pull forward” trick in the drive thru so they can keep their numbers down…meanwhile you have to wait 15 minutes for a single burger.

Fries were beyond burnt… Old.. stale… Soaked in grease…. Never have I ever got fries from anywhere like these… Cheeseburger was drowned in ketchup…. Nuggets were super hard… The triple cheeseburger was good… Just super drowned in ketchup… Im not sure why they go so heavy on the ketchup….one chicken sandwich was dry and old…. The second one was freshly made.. nice and juice and perfectly made…. One good thing out of four sandwiches isnt bad I guess… The lemonades tasted amazing reason for the two stars…. Other than that I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION…….. probably the worst wendys I have ever been too…. They weren’t busy at all… Maybe thats the reason they give out food thats been sitting for hours
