This is a very unpleasant place. The employees are rude I asked for fries without salt after I got to the window because the one they gave me was very salty and not even hot. When the person bought them out I don’t know what he call himself so I’ll say person he was rude I said thank you he rolled his eyes and proceed to walk away I said it again he just walked off with an attitude. So of course I don’t feel safe in eating the food so I lost money. It sad the we can’t go into out black community neighborhood stores and get good customers service I’ve never been to this Wendy’s because I always choose to go out my way for good customer service. But as my Aunt used to say you go to raggedy places you get raggedy services. So I got just that. Will never go back there and I will let all my family and friends know. Now I see why they only got 3 stars. Nobody has nothing nice to say about this place. Get better servers that has good customer service.

Today I went thru the drive thru and the service was terrible. They got my order incorrect, then when asked for the receipt to very my order they didn’t want to give it to me. They kept asking why. When I verified my order and asked to get it corrected the manager was rude and had an attitude. I know working for fast food is hard but you choose this so don’t take out your anger on the custumer.

I don’t got to this Wendy’s often and the young lady that took my order was really nice. It’s not often that I come here and the service is good if ever at all. But the young lady was on point. But the manager on the other hand acted like she wanted to be there. She got snappy with the young lady for giving me 2 sauces. Then proceeded to tell her she needed to charge me for the sauces. The young lady looked confused and told me it would be .50 for 2 sauces. I said no problem but they didn’t have the sauce i wanted.

Guy in the drive thru with dreads was very nasty n disrespectful. I asked for nugget sauce he was very rude n tellin me I only get one. Then my fries was cold. He lifted the fries out the bag with no gloves n stated they where fresh n thru em bak n the bag n threw the bag in my car. Very nasty customer service
