I was craving something quick and ended up grabbing a meal here—classic burger, fries, and a Frosty. The burger hit the spot, hot and juicy, but the fries were a little limp, like they’d been sitting too long. Service was fine, not overly friendly but got the job done. The place was clean but kinda dull, not really a spot you’d hang around in. All in all, decent for a fast-food fix, just don’t expect anything fancy

Was excited to go to this new lookin on im not from here and didn’t like the way I was talked to. Took 20 mins to replace what she didn’t hear over the intercom. They were very busy, took about 15 min to get a burger. The burger was average, and cheese wasn’t melted. Besides that they were ok. This location is very popular on a Saturday which was kind of surprising. They did manage to make sure order was correct and they did a great job taking care of their customers in lieu of how many they were.

Nothing bad and nothing remarr. Wendy’s is my favorite fast food because it’s consistent and portions and quality are bettee than some competitors, like McDonalds. This Wendy’s fits the bull. Everything came out quick and hot.

I have never seen a Wendy’s this filthy in my life. On a road trip with family of 6 and extremely disappointed. Mens bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. Women’s bathroom smelled awful and filthy. Seating area had garbage everywhere not a single table was wiped down or cleaned and every garbage can was over flowing.

I went to the Wendy’s at Harbour Place in Bowie Md and the food was terrible. My chicken sandwich was dry and hard..it tasted old.. how do u mess up cookies? Well they did and they were burned and hard as rocks! I ended up throwing away the food…i was sick with an upset stomach after eating there..called customer service and it’s a 30 min wait! Never did get anyone on the phone…Beware!

Terrible. I made the mistake of walking in the restaurant. The staff are rude and not helpful. I was barked at to go to another register and when I walked there the lady walked away and barked at someone else to help me. I ordered an apple pecan salad and after I paid they told me they were out of the dressing. The fries were bitter, oil needs to be changed. I took my order to go and when I got home the salad was wilted and chicken smelled off and looked slimey.
Lastly, the women’s bathroom smelled horrible and one stall had a bag over the toilet. The bathroom was dirty and in poor condition.

Stopped by here on my way home from work ordered off the $5 menu. I checked my order before I left and told them my fries weren’t hot. They told me to pull aside and they made me fresh out fries. But please bring back the AWESOME sauce!
