Definitely have mixed emotions about this place . Seems like this Wendy’s is a hit / or miss depending on when you go . I ordered both the Ceasar chicken salad and the taco salad for my coworker . Both salads were surprisingly good . The salads were premade .

I put in a delivery and waited almost 90 MINUTES and never got my food. They just keep telling the drivers the food would be out in 5 minutes but had the drivers waiting there for almost 20 minutes each. Never EVER in my life had I had to wait THAT LONG! NOT EVEN A PACK DRIVE THRU would take that long. Never ordering from this location again. Absolutely ridiculous

Worst service ever at this Wendy’s EVERY TIME. Restaurant doors were locked at 3:30pm on a Saturday! Customers had to open the door for people knocking. Once the manager was asked why the door was locked, she proceeded to yell at the staff member in front of the long line of guests telling him to unlock the door. Super unorganized, workers not wearing gloves, tables not wiped, and a huge spill on the floor that they didn’t clean up and just put a caution sign over. When the staff member was asked his name, he removed his name tag so we wouldn’t see. Super unprofessional. Although I live in Laurel, I’d rather drive to Greenbelt to go to Wendy’s than to ever have to come back to this location. Will be writing corporate a letter because the behavior is completely unacceptable.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS LOCATION!! one of the worse wendys I have been too!! The manager does not know what she is doing and neither do the employees!! I had an order for pick up and they told me it would be a wait and I was fine with that not knowing I would be waiting over an HOUR for my food!! They had a line wrapped around the whole restaurant with cars and inside people waiting for their orders!! I asked to speak to a manager and she states that my order was lost in the system and was doing the best she could which in my opinion wasnt the best because she went straight in the back stating she needed to go fix the food truck!! The worse service, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS WENDYS!!

Food is okay they tend to have a lot of shortages of sauces but it’s not the end of the world. The issue is the wait and often times the lobby is closed but you can still mobile order in-store pickup and then you have to wait through the drive-thru.

I went to Wendy’s on Saturday April 29th at 9:33pm. The door to the inside was locked. There was a family inside eating their meal. I knocked on the door and the girl behind the counter said “we’re closed. ” I said it’s only 9:33 and the sign on the door says you close at 10:00 pm. She ignored me and walked away after pointing to the drive thru. She was very unprofessional. I’m DONE with Wendy’s.
