We were just there now by the drive thru to order breakfast at Wendy’s in Warrenton. We were told there weren’t #8 and #2 breakfast meal. The drive thru employee sounded very annoyed when we asked if there’s other breakfast options and said no. He was rude and we left to eat at McDonald’s. Overall service a 0/10. If you’re that rude for customers then maybe this isn’t the job for you.

I order thru mobile most days. And they get frustrated with me when I ask for sauce telling me to put it in the app. There’s nowhere to order sauce unless you get nuggets. The ladies are extremely nice the morning male manager is hit or miss. Couldn’t use the app chat option either to suggest they add that function.

One of the weirdest Wendy’s experiences I’ve had to date. One of the workers, the same one that initially took my order was walking the dinning room selling little homemade Keychain crosses. She initially asked to pick our teays up, but as part of taking our trays asked us to purchase a homemade cross from her. A few of us refused, but she was persistent, telling us to give her whatever we had in our wallets, and not to “short her”, which she explained how someone once gave here only $2, and that “wasn’t enough” for her. She kept asking is to give her whatever we had on us. It felt like we were being robbed and held up. I didn’t know Wendy’s allowed this to happen in its stores, I will never be back to this location were my wellbeing and possibly safety is at risk.

I regret having to make ths review because I have told lots of people how fantastic Wendy’s sausage gravy is. I have even made comments on other restaurants reviews on how good Wendy’s sausage gravy is. But sad to say today I had a horr experience with I believe he was the manager. His attitude today was very rude and made ne not want to come back. First I placed an order at the speaker for drive thru and order 20 scoops of sausage gravy to go which I have done many times about once a month. Never had a problem till today. I make a special trip from Vinthill to get this gravy which I think is the best sausage gravy in the area which is what their sign says. Today the Manager told me they ran out of gravy. I said what do you mean, it only 9:45am. He told me that he might have 3 or 4 scoops left. So I proceed to the pickup window and I ask him if I could at least.get what he had left. He wouldn’t even look at me and typed something in to the cash register and told me my total was $24? and something. I ask him why so much for just 3 or 4 scoops and he reply that that would take 10 to 15 minutes to make another batch. I questioned him, I thought you said you was out of gravy. He said I don’t have enough people to make it, with very bad attitude, wouldn’t even look at me. Told me to pull forward and they would bring it out to my truck, which what I have always had to do. Sat about 10 minutes, Manager bought the gravy out hand it to me never said nothing. I thank him, he turned his back to me and never said your welcome or anything. I have never in my life been treated rude at a place of business. I was truly upset with his attitude after I have advertised this Wendy’s to so many people. I don’t know what his problem was but he definitely doesn’t need to let employees and customers with the attitude he had this morning. I hope gets some heat from this. I am sorry that I have to write this and hope I am not treated this way again, horrible.
