Had a great experience at Wendy’s today with the new General Manager, Micah. The food was great, no mistakes, ready fast, and the service was friendly and professional. This was by far my best experience and the new GM has turned this into a wonderful experience. We will be definitely coming back here again, and would recommend it to anyone!

Cleared me from the line for no reason. I sat in a side lot… For 15 minutes while they cleared 7 other cars. I ordered 3 4 for 4s and a burger. They cleared the digital ticket at 1301 and said it was completed. However it was not completed. They just didn’t want to take the time to prioritize the food and they closed the ticket without actually filling it to cheat their system.

I was really disappointed with my experience. First of all, I didn’t receive the sauces I asked for, and I felt rushed during my order. For the price I paid, the food was not worth it. I ordered two Baconators and they were extremely small. I also ordered two cheese and bacon fries, and it felt like fraud — they gave me very few fries, and the food didn’t taste the same at all. Overall, the quality has gone down and it definitely wasn’t worth the cost.

Good Wendy’s location. Food has ways been good. Drive through system works well. I have always received the correct order. Friendly staff. I love the #8 Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger Combo. When you go out the main exit you cannot turn left on East Market Street. I typically have to ask the drive through person if I have everything. I would like it if once the drive through finished giving me my entire order if they said something like: “Thank you, have a nice day.”

Clean, efficient, good service and well, just a regular old Wendy’s. It’s in a good location, near the Leesburg outlets and easy to find. It’s a more modern and upscale place, although the tables could have used some cleaning. Oh! They have those cool fountain machines where you have a gazillion options. Almost too many! Gotta keep it in perspective though… for a Wendy’s – excellent!

We stopped in at a new store in Leesburg for my daughter to get the Wednesday Adam’s meal after she had a doctors appointment. The GM, Micah explained it had just ended but he had a few extras and could make it for her. It seriously made her day! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our food. My daughter made sure we found out his name too!

I placed my order here and the manager told me i placed it on a different restaurant and i ask the manager the address and she didn’t know the address for the restaurant also the place was dirty and as you guys can see there’s mold in the ceiling not recommended at all

Except for the flat panel tv. I’m pretty sure this place hasn’t changed a single thing since 1989 (including the ketchup).
