My once favorite location has become a joke. I ordered off the app and my order was completely wrong. I went to find a table to wait for my food and all the tables were dirty. After saying excuse me to an employee several times they decided to finally stop joking around with their coworkers to tell me to just wipe the table with a napkin. Usually they would spray and wipe down the tablw and chairs when told the tables were dirty but I guess that has now changed. The sandwich wasn’t as good as it used to be there was barely any cheese and I requested no croutons on my soup and they still added them on. I am so unhappy about how down hill this location has become hopefully in the future it will get better!

This location was closed before 9pm. I ordered food and the doors were locked and a lady was outside the store banging on the door trying to get the employees attention and no one paid attention to us at the door. I had to tap on the window to get an employee’s attention to show them that I had an order to pick up. There was no sign on the door stating that they were closing early and no one came to the door to explain anything to us or the lady banging on the door as to why they closed early.

This place is usually great. Great people, clean, organized,… the other day I came in an they didn’t have any chicken. Today I came in and I was waiting for my order to go for good 10 minutes. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was that my order was in front of my face and the guy didn’t say anything.

I ordered a cookie and some mac and cheese. They failed to give me the cookie so I went back. Turns out they also gave me the wrong mac and cheese. I wasn’t going back again though so if you do order here, sit there and check absolutely everything in the order.

We had a wonderful experience catering an event with this business. They were so kind. They were prompt with delivery. They were easy to communicate with and most importantly the food was fantastic. They delivered 270 boxed lunches of very high quality on time and with a smile. Terrific! 5 stars!

12:30 on a weekend, I stood in line for 15 minutes, for the manager to come and tell everyone in line they are not taking any more orders! Disgrace, poor management, poor organizational skills! The location had approximately 8 workers and they all were disorganized. Manager not taking a leadership role. Zero stars. Spend your time and money somewhere else!

I don’t know if the lady who has the morning shift likes me or not. One occasion I was there she was so rude because she had to wear several hats. She was quite frazzled and had no patience. The other occasion was when I ordered an Asiago bagel and got a cinnamon crunch bagel. I mentioned it to her when I went back. It was difficult for her to say sorry. I wasn’t rude to her at all.
