We live in the area, so we go here occasionally, usually through the drive thru. 1) They get some part of the order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Usually it’s cheese when we asked for no cheese, or a condiment on the burger that we asked to leave off. Today it was the wrong kind of sauce for the chicken strips. Every time we bring the order to them to correct, they act like we’re trying to scam them. Today I went back in to get the sauces I asked for because they put the wrong kind in the bag, and you’d think I was trying to rob them blind. They kept saying “we put BBQ in the bag, and I finally had to say “I never asked for BBQ” – they finally handed over the honey mustard. It’s a sauce packet for crying out loud. 2) They will AUTOMATICALLY give you a large size if you order a combo, they will NOT ask. So if you don’t want the large, make sure you specify loudly that you want a medium combo.

Update: Take a look at the pictures I uploaded. We purchased chilli and tenders. Tenders looked like it was fried many times and hard. The chillies had chunks of burger patties in it. It tasted like left over patties… The Wendy’s Comapnay need to do investigation on this store. Its disgrace to the franchise.
One after the other… We really wanted this location to thrive since it’s near my way. However, from the start, they do not have good trained workers. Half of them do not communicate well, especially morning shifts. They do not give receipts anymore. We have to ask. Also, majority of the time morning staff shows frustration in front customers. Their reward app is bad but the staffs make it worse. The owner really need to train and pick the right morning staffs or this place will never exceed the normal standard.

Food tastes fine. Chili is becoming more watered down. Drinks and food aren’t being filled all the way. Do not order inside- they wait 10 minutes between customers to take orders when it’s busy to keep their wait time metrics down. I literally timed it between every customer in the long line and it was 10 minutes.

Food’s pretty good and fresh but the service is a little tacky. Sometimes you feel rushed or somebody is new and doesn’t understand just customer service. I would suggest use quality over a quantity guys… the lady at the drive through was very rude, she did not respond to any of my request and shook the bag to tell me to hurry up .. I hope this helps

I loved the way AJ helped me with my order. He cross-checked everything to make sure it was correct, and without any delay, the food was ready for me. There were no issues at all. The kindness and professionalism he showed are truly appreciable. It was excellent customer service.

I approach the drive through to order 3 kids sized vanilla frostys. The associate responds “you order food too?” I replied, “No, just 3 kid sized vanilla frostys please.” She again responds, “you order food, you get 3 junior frostys for free.” I said, “excuse me?” She then asks me to pull forward to the second window, where I once again asked for just 3 junior vanilla frostys.
What?? Holy cow… tell me your business is struggling without telling me it’s struggling.
Also.. $2.59 for one junior frosty?? I’ll stick to chick-fil-a next time.

I won’t like French fries. They had no taste. McDonald’s French fries are better than Wendy’s. I eaten all French fries of McDonald’s and Wendy’s i won’t like 1 French fries when I eaten today.

Open late, which is appreciated. However tonight I went to the drive-thru. The employee was pleasant, but left out a major part of my order. Also no receipt so I had to research online to confirm that I paid for the missing item. Recommendation: Do not leave the drive-thru until you have verified what you have been given

This Wendy’s has gone down the drain. Sharing my experience with a KARLA I assume maybe the manager? Screamed at me for asking for 2 BBQ packets, mind you I purchased 4 meals and only received 2 initially! She screamed at me for asking for 2 more when I only had 2 to start with! Never in my life have seen such behavior from a “Manager” this is by far a wake up call. I spend so much money at this location per month! I’m always using my app, rewards to feed 7 people.. I will no longer support this location. I’ll take the extra 5 minutes and go to stone ridge. Wendy’s Dulles, you officially lost a minimum of $400 per month from my family over 2 BBQ packets.
