I found a human hair inside my burger, which is completely unacceptable and a serious hygiene violation.
This is a food safety issue, not a minor mistake, and it shows a complete failure in your sanitation standards.
I have no intention of paying for contaminated food.
I expect a full refund and an explanation for how this was allowed to happen.
If this is not addressed properly, I will report this to the appropriate health authorities.

This place is super clean and the service is really fast. Ordering is a breeze, even when they’re busy. My only complaint is the parking situation. They really need more spaces right by the restaurant.

Update: 10.13.21 since we are never here during the day, since I was in the vicinity today, I went in and spoke to someone who said they were the manager. She chastised me for not coming in the next day. As if lady.
I asked for cheese on the side and you can see by the photo I didn’t get what I wanted.
It’s not edible. It tastes like nacho cheese not cheddar cheese. The potato that’s uncovered I was able to get some potato out of it but half of that potato is rock hard. I won’t be going back to this Wendy’s again.
VERY VERY unhappy. We got 2 spuds, chili, asked for sour cream, TWICE, guy said, ‘it should be in there’ got home it wasn’t. Spuds are old and tough. VERY UNHAPPY

Stopped by on 8/4/2020. Food quality in my opinion was worse than other Wendy’s I have visited. Service was fast but the employees seemed like they all had a hard time understanding my order or simply things like may I have my receipt. Just a bit off I guess. Nothing Great, nor anything horrible.

Came in from out of town for a week, I love Wendy’s, they never seem to get my order wrong. But this particular Wendy’s was horrible, gave me the wrong change and no receipt, burger was wrong I ordered the baconator got a Dave’s double, my nuggets had no sauce on them , and my baconator fries were literally wet. Horrible experience

Stopped by this Wendy’s and had a solid experience. The food was hot and fresh, and service was fast even during lunch rush. The dining area was clean, and staff were friendly. Great spot for a quick, satisfying meal on the go.
