Typically my family loves going here. We haven’t been in 2 months and we were really looking forward to having them for our Friday family dinner. We never minded paying $15-$20 for a burger meal because the portions and quality was always worth it. However, this time it left us asking what happened to the rest of the fries and seasoning? After spending over $52 for 2 burger meals, 2 kids meals, and patiently waiting for over 20 minutes for our food this time it was not worth the $52. For fries ect. we received the ect. but missed the rest of the fries in all of the meals. Hopefully this was a one off because we really liked this place.

Terrible customer service, order hot dog, he asked what type of if fries I regular. Charged me separate for all 3 items $13. While waiting for food got a Togo menu, saw the hot dog came With fries. Asked way charge separate, explained the different fries. Told him he should have explain that before. He apologized and offered refund. I declined it because it was already done and just wanted the food so I could leave the place. Tables were grimy. The fries were terrible, I didn’t say anything to them, just threw them in the trash and left. Never again.

I order southwest avocado burger with fries and fountain drink. The burger is cook medium well to well done taste little dry. The spice and flavor are average. The portion size of fries is less. It need more fries. The foundation drink selection are good. They also have cans and bottle drinks.service was good. They offer military discount of 10 percent.

Customer service was fantastic. The gal helped me understand the menu, suggested her favorites and even guided me through the various fry options. I order a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms added. Burger was better than any fast food type burger! What stood out was the fresh large tomato slice and the extra crispy bacon. Toasted bun was a plus as well.
Would get 5 stars for a lower price point, but overall good experience and would come back.

I want to talk to the owner!!! Your workers need better customer service, the lady at the register has an attitude problem. The young guy in the back moves like molasses. I visit here regularly and never had an issue before. But to wait an hour for a doordash order is ridiculous especially if im on my lunch break. DO BETTER!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Decided to try this place after seeing it online a few times, came in for lunch and had a pleasant experience, talked with the owner that was super friendly and we enjoyed our meal here thoroughly. You get fries with every burger, however you can upgrade your fries to other types or seasonings. The owner was kind enough to let us sample one of them which was delicious.
Burgers were cooked hot & fresh and it was a nice little lunch spot. Good prices for what you get and will definitely stop by again!

We tried most of the different fries types which were all delicious and with the different seasoning are that much better are fav was the texas seasoning and the super spicy. Amazing service, great hospitality, and quick turn around on the food. Don’t get me started on their home made cheese cake, the most creamiest delicious piece of heaven you can get in Copperas Cove. Definitely a must try with the family because ill be making a round two back to this place!

Fries has one of the best Philly’s I’ve had in a really long time! I went with the spicy option. We also ordered a burger and fry as well. Everything was great! They are worth a try if you are in the area.

Oh boy, where to begin with this one. We were warmly welcomed at the door by one of the cooks and thus began what I was expecting to be a good journey. The friend I brought along had been raving about this place and we were both excited to go in.
The woman who came out to take our order seemed friendly enough at first when I asked a couple questions about the menu but once we began to order she quickly switched to very annoyed and disinterested. We both got the feeling we weren’t very welcome.
The order came out quickly enough, about 15 mins, and we were both excited. Took less than 5mins to get home and open up the boxes. I should have opened it before leaving to check however and that is my fault. However what we were given barely qualified looking edible and the fries were barely cooked at all. See pics below.
While the burger was cooked how I asked (well done and crispy bacon) though it barely had any sauce (I had already added more before I thought to take a pic) and the bun was broken nearly in half. I can’t help but cringe at the texture that the meat had. The meat and bacon also barely had any taste, the fries barely had any seasoning, and we got two very different portions of fries even though we both paid an extra $2.25 for an “upgrade” to shoestring fries. I barely got any at all, which again were barely cooked.
My friends burger was the only part of her meal that had seasoning on it at all. That seasoning was salt. TOO MUCH salt. Her fries had the same issues as mine.
This entire meal; 2 medium sized burgers, 2 “upgraded” orders of shoestring fries, and 2 drinks cost $23 and some change and it was NOT worth it. We both had to admit at the end that neither meal was good, the fries sucked and the price was not worth it. We will not be returning and I don’t recommend you do either.
