A nice wait eating setting for a fast food restaurant,looks and smells clean. BURGER is cooked to taste and my bread bun wasn’t soggy. I finally found the wendy’s of old, when everything matters. So someone tells me that they don’t have adequate park let’s inform the person to look in the behind and on the side of Wendy’s. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Given this wendys plenty of chances. Everytime it’s something. Rude staff, they stop cooking food if they dont want to make it at night. But bro. This massive hair in my burger? Seriously? I pulled my car over to make this review. They just don’t care. DO NOT go to this wendys. Never going to this location again. Too many chances. Gross af man.

I am glad that this place is here and it’s the closest fast food place to where I live. Do I make it a regular place to go to eat? Not so much honestly. Out of the dozen or more times that I have come here, it is a rare event to expect any type of fast or efficient service. It’s unfortunate to report that this restaurant location has never changed. It is in fact in the hood part of the city, so the quality of service is simply par for the course. I came here tonight and ordered the biggie bag promotional combo meal. It took about ten minutes. The double stack burger and fries were good though and I managed to finish it off.

The store did a delivery for inventory at the store at 12 midnight and stop the drive-through line for an hour. I was stuck in the drive through line with no way out or around. The delivery staff were rude and so were the employees at Wendy’s.

Horrible Wendy’s ♂️ Delivery drivers waiting 30 mins for food and it’s paid for! They need to do an hiring event or something. Everybody tickets just sitting and nobody making orders just 1 slow girl.

Absolutely awful. I ordered a sandwich and it wasn’t even Wendy’s. It looked like something straight out of a half done cookout. It was cold, the bun was hard, and they did not add the requested items I paid extra for. Not to mention the Fanta Orange I ordered was literally just orange water. To take it further, they forgot a straw and napkins. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. Would NOT recommend.

This is a very good Wendy’s to visit because they have a drive-thru and you don’t have to go inside to place an order. The cashier was very friendly and the food was good. I usually go there after attending church service at Mount Gilead Baptist Church Northwest Washington DC.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Avoid it at all costs unless you’re prepared to spend over an hour here. It takes at least 20 minutes to place an order and another 30 minutes to receive it. The staff is incredibly unprofessional, and they do nothing to prevent people from cutting in line. It’s unbelievable that this store is still operating, and that they haven’t changed their ways despite numerous one-star reviews.
