Enraging location. Worst place ever. Waste of time and money. Visiting home and stopped here a few times. Worst service and food is always mockingly wrong or bad. Look at this joke of a sandwich. Never ever spend money at this trash location again

Drive thru went quickly and they were busy around lunch time. The employee at the drive-thru window was so very nice with a big smile.
First time trying the Deluxe Spicy McCrispy and I’ll have to say it was very good and I would definitely order it again. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. The chicken really was crispy and had great flavor. It was hot when served.

I am writing because I am completely fed up with McDonald’s and the consistently unacceptable experience I receive. I am tired of giving my money to a company that cannot manage to serve correct, edible food.
Most of the time, my food is cold by the time I get it. The fries are almost always nasty — soggy, stale, or clearly old — and the nuggets are so overcooked they are rock hard. On one occasion, they were so hard I literally chipped a tooth. That should never happen from eating fast food, yet here we are.
On top of that, my orders are frequently wrong or food is forgotten altogether. People come to McDonald’s because it is supposed to be fast and convenient, especially during work lunch breaks when time is limited. Instead, I’m stuck checking bags, dealing with mistakes, or leaving frustrated and hungry because I don’t have time to come back and fix your errors.
This level of carelessness shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time, money, and basic expectations. I am paying for hot, fresh food — not cold meals, nasty fries, rock-hard nuggets, or missing items.
At this point, I am seriously questioning why I should continue spending my money at McDonald’s if this is the standard you find acceptable. I expect this issue to be addressed, because what I’ve experienced is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable

Store. Dirty. Service. Non existent. Ordering online 10 mins ahead yeilds a 20 minute wait in this filthy store. Absolutely a miserable experience. Employees seem to take no pride in the work they are doing. Not a hard job, order comes on screen, assemble the food. Put in bag. Not sure what the disconnect is.

Each time I order and get disappointed, I swear it is the last time. Today I ordered on the app for pickup thru the drive thru. One filet of fish, NO tarter sauce, pickles and lettuce(which I was charged for). I was immediately identified correctly, waived thru the pay window, with a Very nice smile and a wave. Pickup window said to go and wait at front of the building. After 6 long minutes of waiting a nice attendant came to give me my order I checked the receipt. All my requests were noted correctly. When I opened the sandwich it was a tiny filet with cheese and Tarter sauce. Very disappointed.

I just at my last meal at McDonalds. My total was $10.72. I paid with cash and as the attendant handed me my change she said “we are out of pennies” and gave me 25 cents. I know, it’s only 3 cents but it’s the principle. You asked me at the window if I’d like to round up, I said no. Maybe add a sign telling customers that all cash order totals will be rounded up to the nearest 5 cents. No matter how you justify it, you stole 3 cents from me and you’re hoping customers overlook it. Not me. I hope that 3 cents was worth it to you. Your quarterly earnings will not increase from my business. I can do without fast food and be healthier and happier anyway.

Placed my order on the McDonald’s app. Then went through drive-through to pick it up. Was missing the fries went in to get them repeated what was wrong five times. They finally went to make my basket of fries, hot and fresh, but then the bag was taken to the back. Why did she take my bag of fries to the back? Just couldn’t eat them when I got home. Very disappointed in people.

I was trying to make an order outside and I was told to wait. I waited for a little bit then saw somebody else pull up next to me and they had their order taken immediately. I waited a couple minutes more, then noticed another car had pulled up and got their order taken again. After waiting I got frustrated and decided to pull up to the window and confront them about their service and the person completely gave no acknowledgment to my complaint at all and proceeded to be snobby. Bad customer service
