The morning crew is amazing and always so nice they remember me and my kids everytime we come though the drive thru. Now as for the evening crew I don’t bother with this wendys because my order always gets messed up and the refuse to remake what they mess up!! Thank you morning crew for making my stops special every time. And a special should out to Karen (drive thru lady) she’s my favorite employee!!

Let me start this review off by saying I love Wendy’s. And because I love them so much is why I’m writing this review. Every week I get The four dollar biggie bag. And every week I get it through the drive-through. There are multiple locations that I go to, and I’ve never had an issue. The four dollar biggie bag, used to be the 4 for 4. This location is holding it at hostage, refuses to sell it to me for absolutely no reason. I have explained to them that I have never needed to purchase it on the app even though they tell me I have to. Refusing to sell something that you clearly have and other locations are giving, makes no sense to me and genuinely feels personal at this point. If I had to purchase it on the app at every location, that would be one thing. That is not the case. It is beyond frustrating

If I could give this a 0 stars I would. When the parking lot is empty and there are only 3 cars in drive through, why am I waiting 10minutes to move 1 car. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or i. drive thru it is ALWAYS SLOW! this location is AWFUL.

The woman who works morning shift and gets me my breakfast when I’m running late deserves a raise! Everyday she is smiling and offering the best service I’ve had at a fastfood chain. I go out of my way to go to this Wendy’s since it usually has great service and food is always fresher than the 2 Wendy’s that are closer to me. I was running through drive through today on my lunch break and ordered my food got to the window to pay asked the cashier for Ghost Pepper Ranch, she very rudely just said 50 cents. I tried to hand her a dollar and said could you just make it two. She rolled her eyes and loudly sighed and said we dont have ghost pepper ranch any more. I simply wanted some sauce not all the attitude so I asked her why she was being so rude and rolling her eyes at me. She just walked away from the window, during this whole interaction the manager was standing right behind her taking orders on the headset he didn’t try to come over and see what the problem was.
My complaint is not at all having to pay for sauces I will gladly pay for them, my complaint is with the unnecessary rudeness and eye rolling from the older lady at the window. Food was fine service sucked!

I usually have a pleasant experience at this place. The manager is the nicest guy you’ll very meet. But this time a lady with pinkish red braids in her hair did not say Hello when we got up to the counter or anything. No can I help you, welcome to Wendy’s, no nothing. Acted like we were bothering her. If you can’t greet customers with a smile maybe you don’t belong at the register.

Went inside to order my food. I Ordered a burger and nuggets meal… went to the drink fountain black stuff came out of the spout. The burger bun was stale the burger was cold and seemed old. The fries were old and cold and the the nuggets looked nasty and cold! No quality what so ever. It’s only 4pm

You know I go to the Wendy’s at night time because of the drive-through Window Guy karl. He has a great personality.. last time I was there, I didn’t have any problems with my food either it was actually pretty good. But tonight was a whole different story. The Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe was horrible. It was cold, and I said hold the tomatoes only. Well, I’m just gonna include a picture of what I got. The lettuce was missing it was just a mess.

I stopped by this location today. I haven’t been to this location in many years. The lady who took my order at the drive-thru was pleasant and friendly. When I pulled up to get my order, that’s when the issues began. The young girl opened the window and said nothing. Not hi, not your order total is 11.99, not a word. I handed her my money. She tried to give me back 1 cent, but I told her it wasn’t necessary. Then she mumbled something under her breath. I said, “Excuse me but got no response. Then I pull out to find I have a single hamburger in my bag. So, of course, I have to turn around and go inside to get this fixed. The young man was very pleasant inside and fixed it. Good thing cause she also gave me no receipt. This girl should not be dealing with any customers because her rude behavior, speaking under her breath and not checking the orders, changed a positive experience to negative very quickly.

For a new business, the staff attentiveness to detail is lacking…my burger was missing the bottom roll. It was a take-out order so didnt realize until we were a couple miles away.
