A stylish and pleasant place with a very nice atmosphere. The overall setting is elegant and well designed. However, there seems to be an acoustic issue — when the restaurant is busy it becomes quite noisy and it’s difficult to have a conversation. The Italian food is good, but overall it’s what you would expect from a decent Italian restaurant outside Italy.

lovely interior and amazing food. We had a late reservation at about 9 pm. If you are booking on OpenTable do opt for the standard seating and not the lounge as I don’t think it would be sufficient for a meal.
The tuna tartare and beef tartare as well as a focaccia for starters were great but not amazing. However, the veal milanese and lobster spaghetti were phenomenal.
The portions are huge and we had to takeaway our mains, but had space for dessert. The profiteroles were delicious, though I wish they were filled with lighter cream rather than ice cream.

We visited this place during one of our two nights in Amsterdam. We were warmly welcomed, and the food was delicious. The waiters and staff were very attentive. The four cheese pizza was incredibly tasty, and the portions were generous. The baked chicken was perfectly cooked and the lemon sauce was excellent. We finished the meal with a dessert wine instead of a sweet, which was a refreshing and delightful ending. The cocktails we tried also made us happy. Thank you!

We came here for my birthday meal and straight away was met with great attentive staff. The atmosphere was brilliant, a jazz band playing as you walk in, low lighting and comfortable seating.
The food was perfection, especially the lobster spaghetti – highly recommended! The wine and champagne is beautiful and if you are looking for a memorable tasty meal where you’re made to feel nothing less than special, this is the place to come to.

My partner and I had a Saturday night date here celebrating our recent graduation, and we left Cecconi overall very happy!
Whipped focaccia was to die for, I was craving it while still eating. My partner had the raviolis which were tasty and surprisingly filling. I had the mushroom risotto which I enjoyed, but it was a bit too salty to my liking. Overall the food was very nice and would come back just for it! We even got a complimentary tiramisu from the restaurant due to our celebration and this was the perfect finishing touch to our evening.
The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere is elegant without trying too hard. Our night was overall very much a success and we’ll recommend the restaurant to others as well.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant with delicious food. The waiting time was short, everything was served smoothly and with great attention to detail. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience even better. Live jazz music created a beautiful, elegant atmosphere soft, emotional, and truly magical. Such a cozy place, perfect for a romantic date and unforgettable evenings!!!

For a restaurant with such a well-known name, the level of service was disappointing, especially during a birthday celebration. At one point, our dessert was even brought to another table, which added to the frustration.
I would also note that the front desk staff member, Josh, was unprofessional in his behavior, which negatively affected our first impression. In contrast, the manager was polite and genuinely tried to be helpful once the issue was raised, and her effort was appreciated.
I would not recommend this place for celebrations or for anyone expecting consistently respectful service. Very disappointing experience.

A below average experience in an expensive overly hyped restaurant. We were a group of eight people, feeling generally quite unattended to. The quality of food was questionable at best (frozen carpaccio, low quality olive oil, terrible arrabiata). Some of the service was slow, especially considering how many people apparently work on the restaurant floor. A bill worth over a grand and a night left wanting more. Won’t be coming back

Food was great, maybe the vegetables with the dip(which was great) were a bit sad. Focaccia and pasta were perfect.
The Bloody Mary’s were good.
Service was good maybe the only negative comment would be that the tables are too close to each other, for a pricy restaurant I would except some more privacy and space.. also cause one of the waiters was bumping into me literally every 5 minutes
